The customer service was excellent. I was greater with a beautiful smile, great attitude, amazing vibe. The food was amazing Turkey chops & jerk egg rolls were on point, the sides were delicious. The energy was amazing. If you're ever in the area, I recommend you give Kiya's kitchen a try.

In my Keith Lee voice, I tried it and rated everything a 10! From the soulful 90s r&b playing upon entry, to the warm and friendly service received from the owner and the cashier, to that TRUE soul food that you receive.. this place is nothing short of amazing. I gave it a try as I didn’t feel like cooking dinner, and I’m so glad I did. The owner is also the chef, and she greeted me at the counter to run down the menu. She makes you feel at home like family and is patient as I expressed it was my first visit to the restaurant. I ordered the catfish dinner which came with 2 sides (I picked spaghetti and collard greens), jerk chicken eggrolls (can be ordered separate or as a meal), and a piece of lemon pound cake. Breaking my diet was worth it! The catfish was my favorite (I took a pic of how flaky and perfect it was.. crispy like I like it too!) but everything had a burst of flavor!! Every forkful! The wait was about 15-20 minutes, but it was well worth it because everything was fresh and steaming when I got home! As I was ordering she told me the Mac was still in the oven so I didn’t get a chance to order it. As I was leaving with my order, she told me to wait because it had just come out, and handed me a sample to try. Let me just say, I tasted it on my way out the door and ran back inside (not exaggerating) to tell her just how good that macaroni and cheese was and how grateful I was for that sample! She truly didn’t have to do that or allow me to taste the peach cobbler but I’m so glad she did! As an operations manager, I can recognize and appreciate true hospitable service! I told her I would be back and I meant that. Please give this place a try because I promise you won’t regret it and we need this business to thrive. You can tell this is her passion as you can feel it in her rapport with her customers and taste it in every bit of that food! Hopefully I can stick to my original turkey burger idea next time ???. (Probably not, I’m coming back for that mac!?❤️)Parking: Parking is only slighted because of the other businesses and family homes on that same street. However, there is a lot across the street that can be used.

Got the jerk chicken, mac & cheese, corn, and peach cobbler egg roll. Everything was great. I'm kind of picky on jerk chicken but this is one of the best I've had. Tried kiyas kitchen because of all of the good "tea" I was hearing about this nearby restaurant. The turkey burger was delish!. Came out nice and hot. The stuffed soul food egg rolls were ok not my favorite out of the three I ordered. The third but first thing i ate and didnt get a picture of(sorry) lol was the fried catfish! It was definitely my #1 pick. I say give it a try it was a bit of a wait but everything came out fresh and hot.

I just spent 15 min putting an amazing review of this place in another site. So I'll keep it short and sweet! Jerk Chicken egg rolls 9/10. Excellent crust and the Jerk Chicken was packed with flavor. NOW the Italian roast beef egg rolls will rock your world! My girl and I both said the same thing the the only thing keeping this a9 instead of a 10 is a auju sauce. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Now I’m not sure if the sauce that was given was to dip the egg roll with but baby I put it on the turkey chop too, that’s how banging it was!! Please visit this establishment!
