I really like the place but man the workers suck , the older ladies like to close the door 30mins before closing time and just stand there chitchatting, plus they’ll see customers out side trying to get in and they won’t even acknowledge them, they never answer the phone. They need to get new workers

Terrible customer service, I was waiting 10 minutes for my order to be taken and one of the ladies who was taking my shift hid in the back. For my part, I will not return there. I thought that previously it was luck that they served me reluctantly, but I see that they hire staff who cannot serve customers well or kindly.

I'm a long time customer, have been going to this place ever since the old location that has burned down just opened. Don't get me wrong, the sweets are delicious. The issue is the poor attitudes of the staff working there. Every single one of them. I've been putting up with their snarky and rude attitudes since it was the only place around here that had the ice cream and yogurt items, but now that a new place down the street opened up with better service and better pricing it is time to break my silence. Let's start with customer service: it's horrible. Not only do they give you the stink eye if you take even a minute to look at the menu, they PURPOSELY give you less of what you asked for if you get on their bad sides. Next let's talk about pricing. The prices that are advertised on the TV are wrong and it doesn't matter because the TV prices are expensive and you now get less food and pay more. I literally just ordered something with yogurt ice-cream and strawberries and it came with a maximum of 5 strawberry slices in it. It's insane because usually they fill the cup up a lot more. Then let's talk about the employee only bathroom. This is a food place and they sell tortas and other Hispanic foods, and they can't be bothered to offer a bathroom to even wash your hands in. Also their elotes are all watery ( canned corn ) and disgusting. You are better off making it yourself for a fraction of the price. I have had enough of all the ladies treating me and my mom badly every time we go in and just go down the street to the new place to get your money's worth. Thank you for your food for the past few years but fix yourself up please!!

THIS PLACE HAS BAD FOOD DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE...I asked for a strawberry water this lady literally blended frozen fruit and tap water, if you've been to any REAL michoacana you kno this isnt wat I was asking for, and served in a small styrofoam cup, instead of the giant plastic cups youd get from any other place. Horrible food

Really enjoyed this place all the fruit was very fresh and tasted ripe the ice cream was delicious and the place was very clean will be returning soon!
First time trying this place and won't ever be coming back. First off: Woman blonde highlights has terrible attitude. I asked if they could add some of the Chile for the elote in a small bag and she said "well that would be a little hard for me, no?" TO which I said ok fine. Then getting home, my elote in a cup was WATERY, MAYONNAISE USED HAD GONE BAD BC IT TASTED AND SMELLED SPOILED. so I tossed it. I also got an elote on a stick, I asked for extra cheese but found out no extra cheese was used and just a lot of mayo. For spending close to $40 this place was just not it. Another thing: I bought a Coca Cola in bottle and it was flat. Super thumbs down. Find somewhere else to go. This place needs better serve and better quality of food.

Went to get some delicious ice cream, upon arriving. We noticed one of the women employees with blues eyes starting giving disgusting looks at a family who wanted to treat their kids with icecream. She took our order and just looked at me with some type of animosity. Then she rang us up and just looked at me without saying anything. If this place wants to hire employees at least train them on how to greet people. Just a simple hey or a fake happy attitude, would help things go smoother. You’re just a horrible person if look at a family with disgust.

I like this place. Lots of frozen treats, fresh fruit and other toppings plus the typical menu of Mexican food like tortas, tacos, flautas, nachos, etc. plus friendly staff and great service. It does get crazy busy sometimes and they don’t accept call in orders so be prepared to wait.
