I waited for an hour here just foe my food to be cold. They told me a 15 minute wait time and I asked after 45 mins and it was forgotten abt or something. Dude said he called my name but he obviously did not and I would know because of how tiny the damn store is. Theyre nice at least

I’d give zero if I could. If you plan to order here go to the dumpster. You will receive better customer service and a faster food time. Terrible every time. No idea how this place is still open.
Service is worse than the food. At least the food was expected to be awful.

Bad service
By far the worst location I have ever came to. For starters it's ALWAYS packed but pizzas are never ready. You wait maybe 10-30minutes. Online order? It will take FOREVER for it to be done, they start making it at the time it's supposed to be ready so you then have to wait even longer to eat. There's times they won't take walk in orders and will literally tell you to leave. All the worker a are like 15 & are so slow doing anything. If I could do 0 stars this location would get it. Currently writing this as we now wait for the pizza I placed online 2hours ago but is not done and they never started.

I placed on online order and went to the store only to find out nobody is inside so I wait for an hr with customer service to try to get a refund and they don’t want to help me either

I recently had two terrible experiences with the Little Caesars in my area, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The first time I ordered delivery, the driver marked my food as delivered, but it never arrived. I figured maybe it was an honest mistake, so I gave them another chance a week later. To my disappointment, the exact same thing happened again — the delivery driver stole my order for a second time. Trying to get help from customer service was frustrating and slow, and I ended up paying for two meals I never received.
Even when I’ve managed to get my food from this place in the past, the experience has still been disappointing. The wait times are always ridiculously long, even for a simple pickup order. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for what’s supposed to be a “Hot-N-Ready” pizza more than once. The staff seem disorganized and not particularly concerned about customers waiting around.
The quality of the food isn’t great either. Sometimes the pizza comes out undercooked, with soggy crusts and barely melted cheese. Other times, it’s been cold and dry, as if it had been sitting out too long. The consistency just isn’t there, and you never know what kind of pizza you’re going to get. It feels like the store doesn’t care about maintaining any kind of standard.
What really makes it worse is that there’s a much better option literally across the street — Millos. They’re more reliable, their pizza actually tastes fresh, and I’ve never had an issue with delivery or pickup from them. The difference in quality and service is night and day, and it’s absolutely worth the extra couple of dollars to order from there instead.
In short, this Little Caesars just isn’t worth your time or money. Between stolen deliveries, long wait times, and inconsistent food, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment. If you want good pizza and trustworthy service, skip Little Caesars and go to Millos — you’ll thank yourself later.

I ordered a pizza at 2:45, it was supposed to be ready at 3:05. I waited a whole hour for my pizza, and when you demand better from the employees, they still get angry that they're behind on orders. Lazy employees who don't want to work. I don't understand how the manager doesn't pay attention to his incompetent and lazy employees. They should hire more employees who want to work since they have so many pizza orders.

honestly i was a little worried why it took so long to prepare at first, but when it came i was genuinely impressed and happy! the pizza was still super warm along with the crazy bread, which had more parmesan on it than i’ve seen at any little ceasers in YEARS. Genuinely , lol i feel big but it made my day thanks for giving back a taste of the old crazy bread 🙏

HORRIBLE! I order through the portal to only STILL have to wait an additional hour for a cheesy puff order. 4 little bit size cups that I ordered online at 11:20 for me not to get them until 12:53. Because when I got to the store the order wasnt ready.

If I could give zero stars or a negative rating , I would. Ordered a pizza at 4 PM…. It still wasn’t ready at 7. Ended up canceling my entire order. I understand being understaffed, but it’s another thing to just be downright slow and lazy. Mind you this was my second attempt at trying them. The first time I ordered a pizza it was completely burned.
Ordered online for pick up, waited in the lobby 1 hour before my food was ready. If the app shows ready in xx it should be ready at that time. I'm normally patient but this was ridiculous. I get it, finding work is tough and calls offs happen.
