The food was really good, reasonably priced & the owner is from my old neighborhood too. Nice, clean atmosphere & excellent customer service as well. It’s nice to travel 10 minutes from home instead of the N. side of Chgo.
This place has an awesome puertorican theme and music. The white rice was delicious and proper. So was their potatoe salad very tasty. The beans was good but missing its sofrito. Their salad was very fresh as well. Their tostones was amazing. I tasted their lechon sandwich, It was very good but needed some seasoning and cuerito!!!!! But it was also good. Their bistec ensebollado wasnt the proper meat. I know this is due to the high prices, recession, and inflation. All in all...
Friendly people ready when you are. Food is sooo good. They serve both Puerto Rican food and Mexican food, so you get the best of both worlds. Love that especially considering how you don't come across most locations to even sell Puerto Rican food. My family and I gone to them many
