I waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich. Girl who took my order was chewing gum, really?? You working with customers and you chewing gum. to my surprise a little boy came up and he say he didn’t get his shake, and she said is at your table, the little boy was I order strawberry, the girl began arguing with the boy telling him, “no you didn’t you order chocolate” very bad customer service. Not coming back here again.

First, the staff is horrible. They are rude, mess up orders, throw food in bags without wrapping it properly. I found hair in my fries tonight and almost threw up the bacon double quarter pounder, and the bacon was as hard as bricks. Seriously, this location needs some corporate intervention. The manager is decent, but the supervisors are rude and disrespectful. A couple of weeks ago an employee tried to come at my wife through the drive thru window and was stopped by the supervisor....read full review
