Every time I come here, the food is fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The chicken is perfectly seasoned, the fish is crispy and cooked just right, and the portions are always generous. You can tell they care about quality.
The owner, Moe, is absolutely amazing, super friendly, welcoming, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. His staff reflects that same energy: polite, fast, and consistent every visit.

I ordered 2 catfish fillet lunch special meals, and 20 wings with fries totaling $50.22 to be exact. In one of the catfish fillet meals I found a piece of hair in between the fries. So disgusted I couldn’t finish my food. I called Sharks to inform them about this, also brought it back to show them in person. The cook Moe was very rude and argumentative. He had no regard for a customer who spends money at their establishment quite often. He said it was no way it could be his or his cashiers hair so it had to be mines. Moe stated “I should’ve worn a bonnet while eating”. Automatically insinuating it was mines, which it wasn’t. Also, suggested we call the police to investigate whose hair it was, trying to be funny or sarcastic. Either way he handled the situation poorly. I didn’t want a refund or a free meal, just what is right in the food industry business with any kind of good customer service which was what was left of my order replaced. He failed, tremendously, didn’t even try to offer any kind of suggestions to accommodate or resolve the issue. I wish I had taken a picture of the food but I threw it away before leaving out. I do not recommend this location because in the event something is wrong with your order, I’ve witness firsthand Moe is very unprofessional and does not handle situations well so I will not be ordering from that location again!
