There are a few things that I don’t understand.
One of them being the rude answering when you call the location.
Another being that you call to ask about the business hours ahead of time to make sure they’re going to be opened until the time listed on google, since Apple Maps is saying its closed permanently. But yet you arrive there at 11pm, after being confirmed the place closes at 1am.

Again, after calling and being rudely answered you’re told that they closed, not 1am anymore.

My friend group and I came from over 45 minutes to this establishment and this is how they do business?
Close down permanently if this is how things are ran. Don’t waste people’s time.

There is no security in case it is needed, we saw how an argument started and the anti-Professional DJ did not know how to handle the altercation apart, terrible Karaoke, they choose their close friends to sing, and if you tell them something about the order of the songs she says rude things to the clients I went with my friend to have a pleasant moment and we saw how the DJ said obscenities to the clients who ended up leaving, and not to mention that my friend asked for a song to sing and it turns out that the DJ even She has a secretary who writes down the songs for her to the clients and they choose who will sing regardless of the order, I insist they put their close friends, the food is overcooked and the sauces lose flavor rather than frozen. And on top of everything, they still give it frozen, I had to stop to ask for service and the waitress just said "well, what do you want, there are a lot of people!!" when there were only 5 tables occupied and no more than 4 people at the bar, what a laugh but really 0 recommendations to go or return.....and if that weren't enough, they add the tip OH WHAT... BECAUSE IT'S THE LAW!!!!! after seeing that terrible service in the same day...If you ask me when we spent for only 2 people with drinks and for the time we lasted 140 Dlls with their respective tip that establishes the law xD.... and that's not to mention that we didn't actually pay that.....since they were overcharging usand my friend discovered that they added 3 extra drinks and only the waitress said oh sorry, it was the cashier's mistake.when THEY DID NOT EVEN HAVE A CASHIER hahahahahahaha....the same waitress was doing the bills and handing out the food...We went to RELAX and instead of having a healthy moment we just went to get frustrated by the terrible service on a personal level and just see how problems arose without security ugh, so that it's easy to expose yourself, they pull out a weapon and it's whoever's turn!!!And on top of that the DJ telling the Clients her mother, nooooooI will never return...And if I write this so that they can warn their families since they go out to have fun and never know who they meet when they leave the door for mere prevention...P.S.Always check the Review of the places to attend and for that I took the time to write my experience in this terrible place....

Awful service! No menu and no breakdown of prices in bill when they finally do give it you after an hour of waiting! Also waited an hour for food and no one else was even there it was empty. Worse experience ever. Then they put on music so loud you can't even have a conversation. Even if a tip is included how is 2 drinks and one dinner gonna cost $80??? I've been to several restaurants in the area whose food and drinks were WAY better and I paid half that price! Never have I been to a restaurant that gave no menu or an itemized bill! Outrageous! You need to do better!!! God doesn't bless scammers!!!

Wonderful atmosphere

Waitresses, DJ and Karaoke very good!

It's fine to have a little fun, but there are already many disputes and people are very stupid.

Everything was great, the atmosphere and above all the attention and not to mention the piña coladas, the delicious margaritas.

What a fun restaurant! Great tacos, burritos and great bartenders. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
