The restaurant was so dirty I didn't even order a sandwich I was literally trying not to freak out at how there was food on the floor and a fly was sun bathing on the forest ham.Parking: It's plenty of parking because I don't think anyone else wants to eat at this location

The service was completely horrible! I ordered my mother a salad with tuna. The young lady added the green peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and tuna to the bowl and put lid on it. She proceeded to make the sandwiches I ordered. When she finished the sandwiches, I had to tell her that my salad wasn't a salad without the lettuce. So my mother's salad was made upside down. Terrible service, and I'll never return again. The entire staff needs to be retrained at this point, considering that this is a nationwide chain restaurant that has standards and expectations.

I waited 50 minutes stuck in the drive thru and there was only 2 people in front of
Modern, clean dining area serving fresh sandwiches. I ordered a rotisserie-style chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and loaded with veggies. The vegetables were so crisp, the bread was fresh, and the meats & cheese was fresh also.All three staff members were welcoming, patient, and friendly.This is one of the better Subways around the country.

Best Subway I’ve been to ever! I went to the drive-thru at the end of July. All I had was a salad, but the dude who made it, made it properly and with care. It was chopped perfectly. The dressing was the right amount. Everything was everything. Going back soon, and I’m tipping big. I’m also letting corporate know how good my service was at their establishment. Pleas keep up the good work Guys. Thanks again.

I was very pleasantly surprised with today's visit. I've been here before, but it seems they've made a change in their service for the better. The food station was full and covered, the staff were all friendly and waiting to help, & they had cookies ready to go! ?? my sandwich was made neatly, and the bread tasted fresh. Overall great visit!

Food is always fresh and delicious at the Columbus Drive location in East Chicago, IN The prices are reasonable (But?) They don't accept the Coupons anymore; If you go into the establishment. You can't use the Coupon Codes to place an order over the phone unless you give them a Credit or Debit Card number. (Still?) This should be posted somewhere, as for customers to see it. It kind of embarrassing walking into the establishment with a coupon you can't use.
