The worst customer service ever. Went there and waited for a while while the lady serving was in the back. When she finally came out to take my order she was rude and told me I had to wait because she was washing dishes. Sanitary conditions were also bad.

Six pieces of pepperoni for a footlong sandwich ??? Beth, the owner told her employees to put 6 pieces of pepperoni on a footlong sandwich. Employee states there’s nothing she can do about it..of course I’m not coming back !

I had great service followed by a perfectly made sub of which was delicious. I was also happy to enjoy my meal in a quiet, clean, and peaceful atmosphere within the store. The ladies in front always smile and are always friendly.

Food is always freshThey're usually pretty busy around lunch time so the wait is a few extra minutes but worth it.The staff has improved greatly but the downside is they do not accept the coupons and have not for a long time so you will be paying full price for your subs.Also not open for breakfast like the others. This would be beneficial being so close to the train station ☺️

Food was expected for Subway. However the atmosphere was negative. Three children came in for a drink of water, the employees were eyeing them. They were from the local school I work at, I spoke with them about behaviors in a place of business and bought them pop cups and chips so the employees would have to allow them to stay. They stayed, remained polite and calm. Sometimes our local businesses just need to work with our kids!
Vegetarian options: Veggie sub and salads,
Parking: There about 5 spots, in a one way direction parking lot.

My friend asked for the corporate number and the manager there said she couldn't find the number so she took down my friend's number so the manager could text her the number like she said she would,my friend never got the text number from her so she ( manager) to this sub way didn't keep her word we are no longer going to this sub way on Indianapolis boulevard anymore I told a few friends too they also said that too they lie( manager).
