I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve never encountered such poor customer service in my entire 30 years of living. They do not care, and could care less how rude they are. You don’t have to live your job but you also don’t have to be rude. I see them closing soon due to this issue.

I will NEVER come back to this Wendy’s in East Chicago. The workers here are flat-out RUDE and have zero customer service skills. The girl with the nappy red weave had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced in a fast food place. She acted like taking my order was an inconvenience, rolled her eyes, and practically threw my food at me. No smile, no “thank you,” nothing but pure attitude. The rest of the crew wasn’t much better—slow, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about their jobs or the customers. If you want to be disrespected while paying for overpriced food, this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your money somewhere else.

This Wendy’s is struggling. At least that night crew is. I probably go once a month and I can never get a complete and timely order. And when things are messed up there’s no sense of accountability. No offer to substitute the missing item or offer a solution. I actually had to ask the cashier what was she gonna do about the money Wendy’s owed me. She told me “get it from the app” and closed the window. I hope a higher up or the franchise owner sees this. I’m snitching fr. This behavior must be routine the way she was so comfortable in how wrong the situation was

Horrible experience young lady answered the drive thru very rude service she had black braids in her hair worked a late night Friday shift I stood outside in the cold for a DoorDash order nobody wanted to come to the window after she told me to pull to the pick up window order wasn’t ready no one let me know how long the wait would be they jus left me to stand there after about 10 min she came and again in a rude manner said “what yu waiting for “ still didn’t tell me order wasn’t ready or how long it would be she just closed the window in my face DEFINITELY NEED TO HIRE BETTER MORE PROFESSIONAL WORKERS I will never return to this location
