I don’t know how many times I’ve gone to this Wendy’s and they always put mayonnaise on my sandwich. My son Richard is allergic to mayonnaise and had to be taken to urgent care after eating said sandwich. Brand new Wendy’s and it’s the worst one in the region.

I will NEVER come back to this Wendy’s in East Chicago. The workers here are flat-out RUDE and have zero customer service skills. The girl with the nappy red weave had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever experienced in a fast food place. She acted like taking my order was an inconvenience, rolled her eyes, and practically threw my food at me. No smile, no “thank you,” nothing but pure attitude. The rest of the crew wasn’t much better—slow, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about their jobs or the customers. If you want to be disrespected while paying for overpriced food, this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your money somewhere else.
