Normally I would review big woods differently. Typically the service is slow but the food is great. This last time, service was excellent but the food seemed like they were trying to cut costs. Salads were skinchy and the hand tossed pizza was so thin we asked our server to be sure it wasn’t a mistake. Normally we leave stuffed and over-eat. This time we were still hungry. If you spend the money on artisan pizza, you expect it to be wonderful and filling. Possibly it was whoever...
Rarely do i ever gove a 5 star review but this place definitely deserves it! Everything was awesome. We got the breadsticks with nacho cheese sauce and garlic butter, the smoked wings with maple bourbon sauce and peppercorn ranch (best part of the meal) , and the steak pizza. Definitely recommend!
First off, Chelsie is the best bartender-super nice and attentive. Food at Big Woods is always good. We split a thin crust Margherita Pizza and it was perfect for two. The Put a Fork in it is a nice tasty beverage - pumpkin ale with a sugar cinnamon rim. Right now the Maple Bourbon Cream is Buy 2 Get 3 free - 5 bottles for the price of 2! Great stop while you're shopping the Outlets!
