“Purchased 4 kids buffets, 1 adult buffet, a small pizza and wedges. I proceed to help my husband get my kids food which my 2 almost 3 year old wanted to try the pasta they have with some kind of peppers. I told her that it was fine because she is all about trying new things but let me make sure it's not spicy. I try a tiny pepper and noodle to make sure it's not in fact going to burn her mouth. Next thing I know I hear a man's voice behind the counter telling me I didn't pay for food and he has to watch the food as they are a food business. I tried to explain to him the situation and yes I did pay for food. In fact it was almost 70 dollars because I was being nice and left a 30 percent tip knowing we had 4 kiddos with us. Now as I sit here writing this in tears because I feel he was judging me for having 4 kids and for being overweight. it was embarrassing and ridiculous. all we tried to do was have a family dinner with our kids. think about it before spending time or money at a establishment that like to throw judgement and accusations before finding out the situation. I have never and would never steal anything.“

“My original pizza was slightly over done I think only due to the crust type—but they were willing to remake in a different crust with no complaints. The only older gentleman working the counter today was stellar with my original checkout using my gift card help, and remaking our pizza with no hassle— only understanding and kindness. It was truly awesome to have such great customer service. I drive to this location over the me closer because it tends to be better pizza overall. Thank you for having a great staff that handle situations with great customer service!“

“I have now been to this location twice during my 5 day trip because the food is so good. Its a bit pricey upon glance, but the food portion is massive so it makes up for the price. The food is always amazing! Hot and fresh and if you go inside the front counter lady is nice! I wish we had one of these back home. Definitely recommend.“

I tried other pizza places here in Columbus but didn't like them, I only order Snappy Tomato the pizza is so good and I have tried other items on their menu too just as good. the workers are super. “This manager deserves a raise! Ordered through DoorDash and the driver only picked up one bag. Only got half my order. Driver blamed it on the store even though I ordered through them and both bags were ready at the time of pickup. Manager remade my order fresh and made things right, even though it wasn’t his fault. Was very nice and professional throughout the whole ordeal. Cannot say the same about the DoorDash driver! Food was great as always!!“

“honestly I used to hate Domino's growing up. it always seemed to be cheaper tasting. they have done a really good job reinventing themselves and there are menu and customer service last night I ordered pizza late it's still came right on time it was delicious and when my delivery driver went to leave my dogs ran out and jumped all over her and she went back to her store and still sent me a pizza deal even though it was my dog's fault getting out and jumping on her so I just want to say thank you to Rhonda“

“I just had a small bacon and tomato pizza with extra sauce and it was amazing. Best pizza I have ever had in my life. It was better than perfect and from the time I ordered it till the time it got here was only 16 minutes. That was crazy fast. Thank you Papa John's!“
