I ordered the smokehouse brisket and they didn't give me the bottom of the bun! How does that even happen? I had to fold up my sandwich and eat it like a taco.

I ordered mozzarella sticks, they were covered with fuzz and hair. Clearly they were handled with an oven mitt and all the fuzz stuck to the hot breading. I called it in and the manager says I'll replace them. I informed her that I don't live in the area, and I was working. I also told her I have my receipt and would like a refund, and I would not be in that area for a few days. The manager asked me to send her pictures which I suggested. I did send the pictures. The manager wanted me to bring the mozzarella sticks in after a few days. I don't know what happened to common sense!!
The only reason that this place got 2 stars instead of one is because its Arby's and I love their Curly Fries and Roast Beef & Chedder sandwiches. The service was horrible

This Arby's doesn't participate in the deals that are offered at all of the other Arby's. It's obviously a franchise, but that's poor for business. Don't go out of your way to this location.
this is your standard Arby's. nothing out of the ordinary about this particular location. they do have very decent service and quality employees.

Love this Arby's. It's the best one around. They actually shave their meat the right way. It's nice, thin, and melts in your mouth. The food is consistently fresh, and quick. The workers are friendly, approachable, and keep things clean, and working.
