I went through the drive thru a little after 7pm tonight. I ordered 4 sandwiches and some fries for myself and my family. I should have checked the bags before I left, but I didn't. Got home and was giving the food to my family when we saw they did not give us the cheeseburger we ordered. I was already home but wanted to call and mention something before driving all the way back to arbys. Their phone line Rings once and then says "goodbye" without going through to anyone. I tried to call one two separate phones, multiple times. Not worth it to me. Ordered a different cheeseburger from wendys and had it delivered from doordash. Waste of $40 from arbys. $8 just for a burger that my son never got.

An employee was sitting on the counter when we got there...Gross. When we ordered we asked that the food. be brought to the other end. The food ended up to be good although very unprofessional ?? we won't go back

Worse service I have Ever! Ever gotten. Waited over half hr for two sandwiches and a fry. While I was waiting watching and employee named Shane playing with his hair on the front line. Getting ready to go get my money back he was also taunting me waving sarcastically. I will never spend another dime there !!!
