Slow.. took over 30 min to get through drive thru and then had to park and wait for food..they were not busy and had several ( more than 5 employees bisual to me) then when the man delivered the food didn't even say anything just handed the food from afar.. rude.. NOT a good experience..

4:35 pm with my child in the Worst drive thru experience I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Busy is one thing but when the line isn’t moving and your not pushing orders and it’s over ten minutes it’s time to start moving! I sat in line for 15 mins before I came up to the podium speaker then was told to wait which was another 25 mins that’s 30 mins or more in a drive thru line get your shit together if your understaffed then shit down why waste peoples time we don’t want to wait

So the store has been redone and looks really nice and it is really clean and I was ready to sit down and eat my food because I was really hungry. So there were so many toppings on their big bacon cheeseburger that I really didn’t see that my meat was pink on the inside and it was half cooked and I’m not a fan of raw meat. The girl told me that’s just how it looks when you cook it and I said no beef turns brown when you cook it fully. But she did offer to remake my sandwich and now it’s happy with that so I hope it didn’t upset the workers but for the price I paid for this burger in his small as as I would at least like it cooked fully.

Just spent 15 bucks on cold stale food I used to like the Arby's and hadn't been there for a long time. Although the staff was friendly at the drive through but the food wasn't edible.

What can you say about Arby's other than the curly fries are awesome so are the desserts and the employees are very wonderful people willing to help and willing to serve
