Food was very good. Only problem was, when I ordered wine, they brought the wrong vintage. I caught it and they said I could keep that one or get the correct vintage. They should have brought out what is listed in the menu first. Felt like they tried to pull one over with a lesser quality vintage. They did apologize but the trust level was gone. The waitress was very good though and attentive. Really enjoyed the small plate menu.

Attended one of Artisan's tasting night. Really enjoyable evening. Food and service were top notch. Expensive but well worth it. A great restaurant worthy of its 4 Diamond rating. Thanks to Artisan for a great experience.

The star of its restaurant group! The ambience is intimate yet casual with a low lit, romantic feel. The service is top notch with the servers being well educated in what they are serving you. And the food is excellent- the tasting menus are the best part!

We participated in the "Steakhouse" six course tasting menu. This was the second of Artisan's special tasting menu series we'd done and enjoyed it immensely. We do these events with friends and the various courses provided a great jumping off point for conversation throughout the evening. The pacing of courses was spot-on and the presentation of the food was quite attractive. They took special care to accommodate (creatively!) my wife's dairy allergy which meant she enjoyed the evening as much as the rest of us. Servers were energetic and well-informed. They clearly enjoyed engaging with the guests, offering their own insights and providing a little humor--which we enjoyed as well. We're on Artisan's list and we'll definitely be returning for another of these special evenings--and so will our friends!
Unfortunately this visit was not as good as the first time. The first time around we ordered a burger that really sold us on to coming back a second time around. This time we went and checked the menu online to make sure the burger was still offered and it was available on the online menu however when we went in person to order the burger it was no offered anymore despite being on the menu online. My wife and I were disappointed as we loved the first visit hence we came back for the second time only to be disappointed of the miscommunication.

The restaurant was beautiful, the food was great, but the individual service at my table was terrible. Our waitress was way more attentive to her other tables (including the one right next to us) than us. For a nice restaurant I would expect much better service.

Amazing food. Amazing service. Excellent spot in Elkhart for fine dining. Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. There was never a dirty plate left on the table. It was a really great experience.

Went for our first anniversary and I was honestly impressed with the environment and the staff there and they deserve props..As far as food and drinks go...It was a 9/10.. pork ribeye was amazing and so was the starter other than the grits. Wife had the burger and loved it and something else ..lol..I would definitely recommend and we will go back ! Good job Artisan!!!
