I was in town seeing my family when I stumbled across this place. I was greeted with a smile and by a lady that treated me like family. I ordered the Chicago style deep dish and the margherita pizza. They were both amazing and some of the best I have ever had. Can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity while I was here!!!!

Came for the lunch special and as I was waiting a Veteran came in and had a free pizza coupon the graciously gave to many vets..it was good to use on Veterans day yet the lady said she would honor the coupon today...Many places would have just said sorry...but Big City Pizza didn't and it made my day to see them support the Vet as she did! I will continue to support this awesome pizza establishment
Alot of cheese, I feel like I can only taste the cheese. The sauce is kind of hiding. Not much flavor for a pizza. The crust has a dull taste also. I was expecting a burst of flavor and the feeling of joy. I didn't get those feelings.

Traveling with dogs, so delivery to a hotel is a must. Ordering via phone was courteous and easy. Fast too! They also had an appreciation for our hotel situation and provided plates and napkins. I had totally forgotten to ask. The side of hot pepper flakes and cheese was a welcomed bonus. Oh the pizza, a large special build of pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and cheese was absolutely awesome. And hot!!!! After a long day of trekking across Pennsylvania and Ohio a hot delicious delivery was so appreciated. Give Big City Pizza, Elkhart, Indiana a try. No regrets.

It's probably a good thing I don't live in the area! Ordered a sausage pepperoni and mushroom pizza - it was delicious! Delivery fee could be better but it was well worth it. Crust is like a thinner pan cust but not greasy - just crispy and delicious with a little chew. Toppings were very tasty and just the right amount. Will definitely order again when passing through.They even included paper plates, napkins and peppers/parmesan which was super helpful since we were at a hotel.
