hi, the lady in front of me got her order taken and got a scratch off coupon after she order because its 30th. i placed my order and the lady that took my order didn't give me the same energy nor did she give me a scratch off coupon. normally i don't make reviews but i definitely don't approve of the customer service that i received. it just doesn't make any sense why all customers don't receive a scratch off coupon or explanation of the events that are going on.

Always love going here to unwind after a long day/week everyone is always super helpful and quick service. Has plenty of non coffee choices as well for fellow non coffee enjoyers such as myself. Great modern/classic pop music as well 10/10 highly recommend the scuba as well as the sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel absolutely great combo
I got the banana berry smoothie, medium... a little over $7 for it.... I was in such disbelief and shock when I heard that price. I haven't been to a biggby in a while, so I wasn't sure what to expect also considering normally I only get a hot chocolate. Service was normal for any drive thru. The flavor on the smoothie did seem a hair off, I don't know if it's because there was just SO MUCH banana flavoring or what... but I threw the last 1/4 of my drink away because I was over the flavor of it. Otherwise, decent. Just way over priced..
