I hit my tongue as long as I could with this location. I don’t even do reviews so if that tells you how upset I am. I go to this location a lot due to being close to work. Every morning I go in there the older lady that’s always in there couldn’t be more rude. She’s never saying anything polite. She doesn’t even talk most of the time and she just tossed peoples food on the counter and walks away. No “good morning” no “have a good day!” She always looks mad and upset. Not to mention she’s messed up my order at least 6 times. I order same thing every time. So not only is she bad at her job she’s extreme rude.

I stopped here November 3rd around 4:30pm. I went through the drive thru, the employees working that day were so so kind!! They went above and beyond, It was the best customer service I have had in a very long time! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I've been here twice and both time the lines have moved at an excruciatingly slow pace with 2-3 cars in line. I'm talking 20+ minutes just to place an order, and even more time to get the drinks and food. I work at a competing biggby so I understand how the business operates and can sympathize with the employees (especially since at my biggby there's only ever 2 of us at a time), but I just can't understand how it's taking so long to get through customers. I won't be coming back :/
Vegetarian options: The vegan bragel is one of my girlfriend's favorites and one of the only reasons we choose Biggby
