Wait times take a bit, which I don’t mind. My only recent issue was with a staff member who said sip lids don’t need a straw and was rude about it. As I understand it, straws can be provided to accommodate customer preferences. This employee should be trained to handle these situations better.

Should not be considered a viable option if you are wanting to grab your favorite drink QUICKLY as this they are not. Other locations move their drive thru fairly quick, this one just never does.

I stopped last Sunday in the drive-thru. Two simple drinks (one of which was made wrong...didn't get an apology) took an ungodly amount of time. Thought it was just an off day for them, so I tried again today. Fourth car in line, two simple drinks ordered again, and I finally had to just pull away after THIRTY MINUTES of waiting. And I still hadn't even made it to the window! There's one of two things going on here: either the staff hasn't received adequate training or there is a staffing issue. Either way, those things fall solely on the owner's shoulders. They either need to take the time to train their staff members correctly or they need to ensure that they are staffed appropriate for busy days/times. Also, stop making your workers ask if we want to leave a tip. It's just a bad look.

Ordered a sugar free drink that was not made with the sugar free ingredients. Got 2/3 of the way through before I realized it. Spent the rest of my day sick. Called to speak to a manager, and apparently one won't be in for several days. Wouldn't recommend if you're a diabetic.

Horrible service the second time I go and they treat me very badly for the coffee they gave me, it would have been better if I made it at home myself because that was coffee with milk without caramel without anything else, however, I ordered a Caramel marvel coffee, crappy staff, tipping is not mandatory
