I've been a loyal customer for many years. I love the pizza from brunos. However the prices are truly getting out of hand. So much so that it causes what would be a five star rating into a three. I really hope you don't price my family into being former loyal customers.

Restaurant?? Look at the pictures--NOTHING like the one's on the website. I felt like I was at a restaurant that was closed down. One of many red flags. Ordered Diet Pepsi, the cashier says they are out of Pepsi and diet Pepsi. Asks if we want to buy a 2 liter, so we do. Well, we find out the reg and diet Pepsi are both working, we get a refund for the 2 liter. We order a stuffed pizza and Fettuccine Alfredo. She says an hour for the pizza. I know they take that long, but is was an hour and 20 mins. The FA was terrible--no taste what so ever-I think they used the water from the noodles to make the sauce. The pizza was awesome. We are born/raised Chicago and I would go back (PICK UP DEFINITELY) for the pizza. Please don't advertise it as a restaurnt in the conditions it is in. Also, 2 TV's, neither on.

A suggestion when ordering by telephone is to let the customer know about the quality of their order - pizza, salads, etc. The price mirrors the 5⭐️ quality. We are out of towners and had no idea the difference from normal pizza houses.

Pizza tasted fine but very expensive and, other than lots of cheese, the toppings were almost nonexistent. Could barely see sausage, green pepper, or mushrooms.

The pizza here is just the best. Huge pieces, full of sauce, toppings, and covered in cheese. Hands down my favorite pizza in the Elkhart area.

We got a carry. They took our order 10 minutes before closing and stayed open late for us. The person taking orders was helpful and informative. When we arrived to pick up our large pizza, salad, and meat ball sub, the atmosphere was fun & friendly. The food was excellent, and service was spectacular. Thank you! 6/9/2024 8:50 pm order

I ordered two 16" pizzas. They said 40 minutes. After 1.5 hours I was going to cancel my whole order but they had said one pizza had been ready for about 30 minutes. So I cancelled one pizza and took the other home. The pizza was cold. They should not have opened for business tonight. I could not see why anyone would go to or order from this place.

Man, I hate leaving bad reviews. I'll try to leave an honest one. This is the first time we've gotten pizza here in a few years. Last time we got one out wasn't great, but my husband decided to give them another chance, since we love the other location. When he ordered the pizza, they told him it would be ready in 30 minutes. I was to pick it up on my way home from work. I got there an hour after he ordered it. It wasn't ready. It took them an hour and a half to make our one single pizza. Ridiculous. There was another lady in there that had been waiting 2 hours. The girl at the front counter seemed clueless. If you asked how much longer, she would just say "I don't know. " Unacceptable.

A group of 8 of us stopped in to try the stuffed pizza. The staff was fantastic. We understood there would be a longer wait for the pizzas to cook. They came out within time expected. The pizza was MUCH bigger than we expected. They were very good. We all ate our fill and took the majority of the pizzas home.
