We ordered takeout the pizza was nasty worst pizza we have ever had we ordered a 16 in thick crust we received a 14-in thin crust we will never be back I would not recommend this place

We drove 26 minutes to find out the pictures of the dine in area attached to the maps page didn't exist.

I've been a loyal customer for many years. I love the pizza from brunos. However the prices are truly getting out of hand. So much so that it causes what would be a five star rating into a three. I really hope you don't price my family into being former loyal customers.

Restaurant?? Look at the pictures--NOTHING like the one's on the website. I felt like I was at a restaurant that was closed down. One of many red flags. Ordered Diet Pepsi, the cashier says they are out of Pepsi and diet Pepsi. Asks if we want to buy a 2 liter, so we do. Well, we find out the reg and diet Pepsi are both working, we get a refund for the 2 liter. We order a stuffed pizza and Fettuccine Alfredo. She says an hour for the pizza. I know they take that long, but is was an hour and 20 mins. The FA was terrible--no taste what so ever-I think they used the water from the noodles to make the sauce. The pizza was awesome. We are born/raised Chicago and I would go back (PICK UP DEFINITELY) for the pizza. Please don't advertise it as a restaurnt in the conditions it is in. Also, 2 TV's, neither on.

A suggestion when ordering by telephone is to let the customer know about the quality of their order - pizza, salads, etc. The price mirrors the 5⭐️ quality. We are out of towners and had no idea the difference from normal pizza houses.

Pizza tasted fine but very expensive and, other than lots of cheese, the toppings were almost nonexistent. Could barely see sausage, green pepper, or mushrooms.
