Usually we really enjoy it here. Today was AWFUL all around at the Elkhart location. We sat forever before being waited on. Then a half an hour later after asking a random worker because we couldn't find our waitress, our food was brought out cold and hard. The waitress with the pretty curly hair still never checked on us either. The whole experience wrecked our family lunch, our mood, and cost us $80. They were not very busy either. Majorly disappointed because we don't get to splurge on eating out together very often. I guess sadly we won't be back.

Never, never, again will I visit this location. We has reserved seating for a large group and they said they could accommodate us. They had one waitress helping us along with her trying to wait in 5 other tables. The manager came out after us being there for over a hour and before he said a word he was already showing signs of frustration before we asked a question. So after 2 hours we received food, well some of us. I never got my order, nor did we see the manager, or any additional help for our waitress after they dropped our food. We felt so bad for her. The lack of management attention, and the obvious lack of customer service. Created a memorable experience not in a positive way.

Today's order was disappointing..I ordered carribean jerk wings and Asian zinc wings and it's barely any sauce on the wings. Its sad to spend money on wings and get home to eat and not right..Yall got to do better..its like yall stretched the sauces to complete orders..Please do better!

Lunch yesterday: 1 beer, 1 Pepsi, 1 pickle appetizer, 10 traditional wings, 1 chicken wrap. $65 with tip! Service was ok, wings were super tiny. If they didn’t have all of the football games on, I wouldn’t go back .

I came to let everyone know how it was a mad house but you saw everyone working as a team to get things done , which you don’t see often . Everyone was trying thier best to make sure everyone got what they needed or wanted yeah there was a wait on something but to be expected when the restaurant was packed . Bar service was great even tho the bartender was nonstop moving, apologizing cause her best service wasnt the best tonight but not one person conplained they were letting her know she’s doing a great job with all she had on her plate managers helped servers where they could . So when I read the Noah review I was blown away about how he couldn’t read a room . I would return because you don’t see that work ethic anywhere else let alone the amount of caring everyone had to give the work done in a proper matter of time.

This is the worst Bdubs that I have ever been to in the entire country. Everyone there hates their jobs and they all have poor customer relation experience. If you're a miserable person, you might enjoy your time here. If you're a happy person who would like to enjoy a nice meal, you'll probably have better luck at McDonalds right down the street. At least your food and service will be what you expect. The waitress was unattentive and rude, the manager was completely and utterly disrespectful. We will not be coming back. You all should be ashamed here. We waited for over an hour for our food and had to basically beg them to give it to us. I guess they thought 30% off our bill would make up for their negligence but that is unacceptable. We took our food to go. Waste of time.
