Went to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time tonight. Andrea was our server. She was prompt with taking our drink and food order. She was professional, very personable, and had a great sense of humor. We recommend Buffalo wild wings and Andrea for your server!!

Went here for lunch today and ordered the 5pc spicy chicken strip meal. Size of the strips were fantastic, I ate the smallest one first and it was really good. The others were larger and I cut them in half, they were each one mostly raw meat inside. Both myself and the waitress gagged when I showed her. Our waitress, Raven was great. She took it over to the manager to show her, then asked me if I wanted something else. My stomach was turned so I settled for a small side salad. She credited my meal and the salad. My actual complaint with this is, our waitress was wonderful! BUT do you think the manager came out to apologize for what happened?! NOPE SHE DID NOT and to me, that’s not acceptable!

There were seven of us in a group we all ordered at the same time half the table got their food. In mind, you people who came in at after us and ordered after our group got their food not one time could we get anyone that worked there to look at us acknowledge us I finally got up and went asked someone what was going on. The young man said he would let our waitress know What was going on. and then, finally after the people at our table got their food first and eaten we finally got ours not once did The waitress say I’m sorry for the food coming out late. We definitely won’t be back there.

First time I ordered at this location, and it's my last time. I ordered takeout & had to wait 15 mins past my original time it was supposed to be ready. I got home, and half of my order was missing, and the box was covered in sauce. I regret ordering from this location i threw it away. Horrible.

They where busy. We went in anyways. We got a table rite away. The waitress took awhile. I understand. We gave her the hole order it was only 2 of us. We waited awhile for the food and some of it was missing. When the waitress checked on us awhile later. I said told her what was missing. Eventually we got the rest she took it off our bill.We ate our food no offer for another drink. I paid in cash it was $43 and some change. I had $62 dollars in my hand and gave her all but $5 told her to keep the change she asked if I would like some boxes.. yes we needed boxes. Waited 15 min no sign of her. So I went to the front waitress station by the take out to ask for boxes. There she was huddled with 3 or 4 other waitress.I asked for the boxes from another waitress. No bag or anything. Guess what dumped all over my truck.. I'll even take the blame for that one. But a flippen bag would have been nice. Won't return to this restaurant ever.

I’m NOT one to normally be a “Karen” but we came in as a group of 9 trying to celebrate my son’s birthday as a family, together. Right away we were told “well you’re gonna have to all sit at separate tables” they walked us over to two tables and said we would have to split up and sit separately even though the whole point of us going there was to sit TOGETHER as a family to celebrate a birthday. There was a group of 10 people a couple feet from us with FOUR tables pushed together to accommodate that entire party. My dad asked a server walking by if we could push the 2 tables together to sit together, the serve said he would ask. We watched that server then go up to another girl and she instantly showed aggravation and said “no we can’t do that” with an attitude not knowing we were watching. That same girl then came over with the high chair I requested, I then asked her again nicely if we could push the two tables together to sit as a family and she ROLLED HER EYES at me and said “well I guess we can” and instantly started moving tables with an attitude asking us to move over because we were in the way. I had my family pack up all of our stuff and we walked out. Buffalo wilds wings is a restaurant I have NEVER had trouble being accommodated with big groups, we left and went to IHOP and THEY accommodated us with a smile. The girl with curly hair and glasses shouldn’t be working in customer service if she can’t be respectful and nice when asked to do her job. Not sure if she’s a host, waitress, or manager but she should really work on her attitude.

Ya'll are a JOKE! 3 people waiting in your take out line and nobody at the counter. Hostess saw us, passed by without saying anything. Another dude, I don't know if he even worked there, walked behind counter to refill his drink. Not a word. Grabbed my food and left, pre-paid web order so w/e I guess. Do better.
Edit: wrote this on the way home with our food. Food was cold, fries were stale. We set pickup time to 620, arrived at 623. This business also does not know how to time orders.

The take-away for anyone reading this as well as the OP is simple, order Wing Stop next time.

Wings were below average. I stopped eating them for a year, then decided to give them another shot & was sadly disappointed. Majority of the wings bones were so brittle that it would break off when I was eating it and it would become a part of the chicken (disgusting) Many wings were wasted because of this issue.
