Placed a mobile order. After arriving and telling them I had a mobile order, I waited almost 15 minutes before they had my food ready. They also tried to charge me for my food twice, and I had to argue with the worker that I paid via the app. Upon finally receiving my order, I realized that my cheeseburgers didn’t have cheese on them. I had to go back into the app to make sure I ordered them correctly, and I did. Go to the BK on Cassopolis street instead of this one.

Love their shroom and swiss Patty melts. I really hope they keep them this time they are my favorite thing to get from Burger King. but I also like all of their Patty melts. The only thing I liked better and Washington, then here in Indiana , is toasted the buns in Washington.

Manager or Employee caught an attitude to tell me they were closed mind you it’s christmas eve so its not unreasonable for them to be closing early but it wasn’t no reason to be rude about informing me of that. Mind you my order was already placed online so how was I supposed to know?

Went to get a Sausage Egg and Cheese Croissant the sausage was pink in the middle, I got a Coffee and Tater tots as well both were great! The lady who took my order was very sweet! Didn’t catch her name but it was around 9:15am!

Complete incompetence, I have gone there 3-4 times and they have yet to get the whole order right (if they weren’t out of everything) and I’m not the type to come online and complain especially if I know the restaurant is busy that being said I was the ONLY car in the lot and they still managed to mess up my order. Go to ANY other Burger King, they are some how the newest and the worst in the area.

This is definitely an aberration, they took my order and this is what they gave me in food, come on, you'll give me whatever you want to give me or you'll give me my order as I'm asking for it, I'm not asking for free, I'm paying and you still give me my order wrong and you still get upset when I come in to say that my order is wrong (manager), here I'll leave what happened in photos, and please CUSTOMERS REVIEW YOUR ORDER MORE THAN ONCE BECAUSE I'M SURE THAT THEY WILL BE COMING HOME AND Ooo SURPRISE SOMETHING WILL BE WRONG

Its a good place. .it just seems that they take a while to make the orders, but i will say, sometimes they are short staff. Other than that its ok
Drive up person was super sweet. I don’t eat fast food that often and wanted a smaller version of a big sandwich and she said “No problem” and ordered me a perfect sandwich that wasn’t on the menu. “Have it your way,” means something.

Ordered a number 7 no mayo and they left mayo on it. Ordered onion rings and it was half filled with onion rings, half fries and a chicken nugget that came cold. Had to heat it up myself. Service wasn’t the best. 3/10 experience. Either make sure they make your food right or go to another Burger King because this is ridiculous
