Derek always makes sure our order is right and we really only eat here when he’s at the store. We don’t have to worry about our order being messed up, he picks up the slack of the other employees that don’t seem to want to work also. Need more people like him at this store and to get rid of the ones who don’t want to work. Thank you Derek!!

Burger King in Three Rivers has definitely stepped up their game with a remodel to the lobby and making their place more esthetic. Service is always good and the food is always good and hot.

Whenever I go to that restaurant I have a problem, one day the ice cream machine doesn’t work, the next they give me wrong my food, another day the lady makes fun for asking for extra cheese to a hamburger with a promotion and according to her it was not possible, I then asked her for a slice of cheese on side and she told me that it could not be sold, another day I went there and was already closed when there was more than half hour left for them to close, I have asked for my refunds and they only offer me crowns with that you can’t buy what you miss from the order! Many opportunities have had to improve and remain the same!

From the time I started ordering my food in the deive thru they were very rude. All of my food was messed up. Mozzarella fries were blown up,fries were cold, three burgers were made incorrect and then when i tried to get it replaced and speak to a manager i was told the manager was at home sleeping. I would give names but nobody had a nametag on and the name on the receipt says Robert but i only seen two females inside. I literally had to go back to the window because they wouldnt let me in to get my money back for the mozzarella sticks they tried to replace with more blown up mozzarella sticks. I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau. Worst experience i have ever had at any fast food restaurant.

I'd give zero stars if I could there was no manager on duty even after I asked for one the two workers that were there continue to be rude from the time we started ordering the lady that took our order was super rude and then they messed our order up so I went inside to get it corrected and the lady in there that says she was running things was super rude and after I asked for a refund on the money on the food they didn't fix she literally wouldn't open the door we had to back up and knock on the window just for them to answer definitely reporting this behavior to the corporate office considering no manager was on duty at the time when there should always be one for situations like this I mean come on it's fast food it's not that hard but yet they somehow seem to mess everything up and then didn't want to take responsibility for it but now they will...

My girl freind made a mobile order today and when she got there they Said They did not have the order. And we showed them that we ordered on the app. And they.
Proceeded to give us a hard time saying they didn't receive anything cannot.
Provide us with the food that we had paid after some arguing with the manager after 25 minutes of waiting. For someone to help us.
