We tried it when my kids got free kids meals for doing the Summer Reading Challenge at the library and now we are all hooked! We are also enjoying the free breakfasts on Wednesdays in the summer! The crew is always friendly and the food is good and hot. We dine in instead of using the drive through and have gotten excellent service each time!

The fries here are terrible. Been here 3-4 times since opening, every single time the fries are hard, extremely stiff not even soft like. Chicken nuggets are alright, 2 out of the 3-4 times they were completely over cooked tossed them out. Think I’ll stick driving 25 mins to Mishawaka this is terrible.

This place can't get it together!:( wrong orders, in ability to take orders. My wife gor a cob salad, ait took 10 minutes to make, and when we got home, she noticed there was no chicken on the salad!:( this place is failing!

Appalling service ordered 15 minutes ahead of time “wasn’t ready” waited for ten minutes still no food and ultimately had to leave so I didn’t miss my bus. Will be getting refund

I have to start by saying, "I myself am not a fan of the Chik fil A." But, I have 3 teenagers who feel differently. I do, however, like the companies values, so I will spend my hard earned money (well, my husband's) to allow my children to eat here occasionally. Each time we go, I worry it will take forever, but each time, I am pleasantly surprised because no matter how busy they are, it doesn't ever take very long. Food order has always been accurate. The temperature hasnt always been great, but so far, it's not terrible either. Overall, they are just another overpriced, mediocre, fast food restaurant .

Some of you reviewers are too harsh given how new this location is. There will always be some issues the Chick-Fil-A employees need to hash out, but they're doing their best and the food is good quality which is what's most important. They're doing what they can to be better and I give them 5 stars for that!

As an Indy resident this Chick-fil-A could use some improving in time management and food. The line didn’t move as fast for usual chick fila reputation . The fries were greasy and extremely salty. The fries I get at home aren’t salted at all and not greasy. Was not impressed.

I’ve always loved there food I’ve been to the Elkhart one three times now and out of the three times they got my order wrong two times. Get all the way back home and they gave me the wrong items. I get it’s a new restaurant but this isn’t Chick-fil-A standard.

I went through the drive through first time since they opened. I ordered a meal and lady asked me if I wanted a medium drink and I replied what ever comes with the meal. I get my order and I was charged for medium drink. They are up selling the orders. Beware!
