8-15-25. Ate with a group of 6. Liz was our server. After learning it was all of our first times, she went out of her way to make sure we knew everything and the history. When she was faced with all of our special orders, she faced it head on and got us what we wanted. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be back.

Chubby Trout has the best food and staff. McKenna and Sierra will make sure that you have a perfect evening. The sushi is above and beyond and if you have enough room, make sure you try their crab bisque.

My husband and I eat at the Chubby Trout pretty regularly and the staff have always been the best. Today, we took our son with us and were told we had a 30 minute wait. We sat out in the breezeway and my four year old noticed one of the hostesses was changing the sign. He said “I like your drawing!” She smiled and took the time to talk to him, even including him in letting him choose the colors to “help” with the sign. Sometimes it’s hard to keep your child entertained for more than a few minutes, but she went above and beyond to make him feel happy and welcomed. She could have walked away, she could have politely asked him to leave her alone, but she her kindness was more impactful with my son. We have always felt welcomed when interacting with the servers and hosts at The Chubby Trout (which is why we come back monthly). As we walked out after our delicious meal, she same hostess said “Hey new best friend! Thanks for helping me with my sign! It looks great.” My son was beaming and didn’t stop talking about it the whole way home.
Tonight, we had the chubby trout meal , the prime rib, and the Sue Sue shrimp as an appetizer. All were fantastic! My son always gets the kids grilled cheese and somehow eats the entire thing (it’s huge and I hear you, “how can a grilled cheese be amazing?” But it is. My husband and I try to sneak bites of it. Maybe Cam needs to come up with an adult version. 😆).
We love this place so much! Thanks for always making my family feel welcome. 🤗
