Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We both ordered the meatloaf which was very good! However, the mashed potatoes and green beans came to our table NOT HOT. They were kind of "warm", but not HOT. I know I've been told in the past that this particular restaurant has had problems / issues with the kitchen. We were hoping that they had resolved their problems / issues since out last visit a couple of months ago. Obviously not. :(

Every time we go to the Cracker Barrel Old Country Store we are always treated well and recieve excellent food and service. Thanks!!! 😋😋😋❤❤❤

They always give you good service The food is always good you get a good portion.

Currently waiting 45 minutes past the time my pickup order was supposed to be ready. They’re still making the chicken…for 5 people. We all know it doesn’t take that long. This is horrible service.

great food! service was great also. of course the shopping of the cool gifts was excellent!

Placed my first delivery order through them and two hours later I'm still waiting called the store and talked to a manager and got no help. Will not order through them again.

We went back to cracker barrel last night with a promotion gift card for 2 free meals that they gave us for our last couple experiences. We also decided to switch it up and go for dinner instead of breakfast. Well first off our service was 100xs better then before. Cassandra B was our waitress and she was amazing! She made sure our drinks where full at all times and if we needed anything she brought it right away, she didnt forget about us! Second, food came out faster than exspcted and tasted great! And the biscuits where amazing as always!! The only thing i could critique
is one of my wifes sides was a little cold but she said it still tasted good. Anyways thank you for making it right with us cracker barrel and it definitely redeemed it for us as a family.. so dinner was great i still have to go back for a breakfast meal fingers crossed!

The service was horrible, food was wrong, the biscuit and gravy the gravy was cold.. ny strip and eggs the steak was well done which is not how we ordered it and GOOD LUCK getting a refill..I hate to have to post this because we have always loved cracker barrel. But I can't lie there biscuits are still the best around. So I guess we will just order biscuits to go from now on!
