It's too loud and kaotic and that's the staff .I realize everyone is short on help but the key to good staff is to not let the customer know that. Food was lukewarm.Then went shopping and was humiliated with the two clerks following me around if I hadn't forgot a gift I would have never bought a thing there.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is but inside is like a mine field.

They do not have chicken livers anymore which I kind of understand since alot more people dislike them then like them. What I don't understand is why we can't get French,Western,Russian or Thousand Island dressing for our salads! We were told the chain no longer carries " red" salad dressings from a man that has worked there six years.What we did have was alright and the five of us agree we won't be going back soon.

Clean.. NO - Waitress service.. Great - Food Quality.. Worst I've ever had #Had just checked my RV in for factory repairs and was starving. I knew that the Cracker Barrel was right next to my hotel; and I was a Big Fan of Cracker Barrel Breakfast.Entered and straight to the Men's room.. stranding at the urinal and noticed the stench ## Then realized that the bottom of my shoe's were sticking to a heavy accumulation of pee GROSS. I really had second thought's about eating there now, especially in light of the fact that there were only 3-4 customers in the place.. and The Perkins next door was packed.Fast-foward to the food.. ordered Grandpa's Country Fried breakfast.. the Steak version. Yeah, NOT Steak. It was a preformed patty of some kind of meat, pre-dipped in a liquid-breading kind of stuff. This covered in gravy, which had an bitter, acidic taste (same for the biscuits.In summary, it was the first (and last) time that not only did I not enjoy breakfast at the Cracker Barrel.. it was actually difficult to get down

Horrible service, cold , bland food. Was here a week ago and service was great and food decent but our waitress tonight was a rather off putting young woman who had no care for her guests. I understand being new to an establishment but kindness and courteousness is used every where!!! Food should not be cold, told us they were out of multiple things but I listened to the table next to us with another waitress order a couple of those exact items. It’s frustrating to come and spend your hard earned money and not even get what you’ve asked for.

By far one of the worst Cracker Barrel’s I have been to. The waitress was rude. I asked for no syrup on my sandwich, it had syrup on it no big deal just asked for another except the waitress barely let me finish talking before she grabbed the plate and stormed off without a word. My husband wanted to add 2 eggs, waitress said it was $2, was actually $3.99. My mother in law placed a to go order after our meal, it was missing half the food. She unfortunately didn’t notice until she got home.The food itself was great! The service was not.
