They didn’t give me my sauces which I have to pay for many times and I’m upset to the point it’s going as a review on their part because I know they matter as I work in fast food and this review will be seen they gave me queso sauce instead of ranch what if I was allergic do not mess up peoples orders to many times this has happened like 3 times I’m tired of it and I can’t even get my money back because it was an online order
Took our family for icecream and I was very impressed with the customer service at this location it was a bunch of young kids but they worked together as a team and had great manners! Not common now a days and definitely think they should know they are doing a great job!
Horrible experience at this dq more than once. The other day I was there and ordered 2 desserts. 2nd car in line and 6 cars behind me. Car in front of me was just sitting there for 20 minuntes. One person got in and out of the vehicle several times to go around the back of the dq almost seemed like a drug deal and was very suspicious as he looked back at all of the vehicles in line definitely looked like a drug deal between staff and this person.
