Recently stopped by to get dinner and ice-cream for the family. I was informed that they were completely out if Chocolate ice-cream in all forms. When I asked for clarification on what I was hearing, the response from the staff was condescending. It will be a while before I return to this DQ

Every time I have gotten food here it has been poor quality. The burger patties taste different than other locations too. I quit going here but door dash will occasionally bring me food from here. I wish I could specify location when I order. Today my cheese curd dish was half full. Of those about 5 of them were burnt empty shells void of cheese. My flamethrower sauce I paid extra for was only 1/3 full. Burger patties tasted weird. My shake was sloppy and melty. Shameful.

Quick and good service. Everytime I come to the drive thru everyone there who’s served me is nice and friendly. Love their food .

Service is lacking. Last 2 out of 3 times they messed something up. Got a chocolate dipped strawberry cheesecake blizzard... no cheesecake in it. Last time ordered a med and a small.. gave me 2 smalls. Paid for a med an small

Stopped in for lunch and to sit down with a friend to help her on some things on my laptop and there was no way to use the internet let along plug my laptop in to charge. Burger and fries tasted good but afterwards when it came time for our icecream, I purchased a large that looked like a small. I went up to the girl at the counter and asked them if they may have made a mistake and no they didnt make a mistake, the amount of icecream in this Sundee was so sorry. She and a manager made me another one in hopes to show me that it was the correct size and as they presented it to me I just couldnt belive they could do me like that. When I say the amount of icecream that was in this cup was less than the first time and it didnt even fill up the plastic cup correctly I just said hell no and while your at it just refund my money. Never again will I think about going into that location again. I love dairy queen, but what I dont love is when people want to screw someone over.

Dairy Queen has always been in that same place on the corner since I was a child. I'm 54 now I believe that is a staple in the community. They also have a program that others can pay it forward with buying a meal for the homeless. Dairy Queen unlike the others seems to still have the thought that the members of the community are who keep the doors open. Rich or poor everyone matters there. Thank you

First mistake they made my chicken tender meal incorrect, manager had me pull up wait and fixed it this took about 15 mins. I got about 3 mins down the road and realized I didn't have one of the 3 ice creams I ordered bc of the previous issue so I go back they give it to me. I get home and my other 2 ice creams are completely melted and soup bc of all the waiting so I had to put them in the freezer . Then when I finally could eat my reese craze Blizzard I see it's literally only vanilla ice cream in the cup!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would $23 down the drain.

Service was slow, the store was busy so I wouldn't fault you. But the real problem was with your pay it forward. My husband purchased a meal but when a man asked if they had any he was told no. I stepped up and said they did have one, we paid for it. The man did get the meal but never offered the ice cream that part of the meal we paid for. We have bought these meals before, are they going to the needy?
