Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Hoping this reaches potential customers in time. Be warned, I went through the drive through in the evening and my service was very bad. Almost a 45 minutes wait for three blizzards. I spent about 10 minutes at the window watching about six people barely doing any work. No one was wearing gloves and people were touching their face and hair. The manager was eating food and talking with people while about nine cars were in line. Very poor professionalism

Very disappointed in this DQ and do not recommend. Have given it multiple chances due to the fact it's the closest one to me, and everytime it takes forever to get your order, no matter how slow along with disrespectful and messy employees. My blizzards have consistently been half done with the bottom half only vanilla. I really hope things can improve here.

I got the backyard burger, fries and a dew. Pretty good! 8 minutes in drive thru i believe. The guy behind me didn't want to wait tho. The food was hot and fresh, especially the fries. This DQ has my vote anytime!

Prices are set significantly higher for certain items than the Jackson Street location, also in Elkhart. Jackson Street sells a 6 pack of Dilly Bars for $9.99, compared to over $16 for the same product at this one. Dairy Queen policy seems to allow franchisees to set prices, but a 60% increase in price is ridiculous.

This is the Best DQ. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the food is hot n fresh and it's clean.
I have lunch here once a month or so and I'm never disappointed.

We've been avoiding DQ for awhile. We were visiting from out of town so we thought we would stop. This was a great experience. Service was polite and friendly. All employees working together. They we very busy and ran like a machine. Thank you!

I went to DQ on CR 17 today. Got a small heath blizzard (in the drive thru) I ordered extra heath candy pieces and was charged for them. half way home, eating my blizzard realizing there are next to NO PIECES IN MY ICE CREAM AT ALL. If you are going to charge customers for 'extra pieces' you should at least give them. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. Won't be going back there any time soon
