We had a choc cone fall off on my husbands lap and got a cup with no spoon to pick it off his shorts,I told them as a former DQ employee they needed to turn the freezer down and they looked at me like I was stupid. I ordered a med blizzard and got a small and then they gave us a dollar short and we had to tell them their mistake We will never go to that location again

It was a great meal made even better by a young employee named Dominic Moya and he was so kind and got my food so fast workers like him should be paid to the full extent because all of the hard work they put in the amount of kindness they show to total strangers he is so young yet has the maturity level of an old person this was one of my best fast food experiences made better by Mr Moya
This place really looks good inside and the food was delicious. I stopped in yesterday ( father's day) with my son, grandson, and great grand son. A four generation meal. Lol The seven dollar meal is definitely a good deal. Service was fast and friendly. A really great experience. So glad it reopened.

I ordered ice cream for my son, grandson and myself. My son ordered a Snickers Blizzard and he said it didn't taste right. So he took it up to the counter and they would not make him a different kind.The guy at the counter said the manager said they would not replace the blizzard with a different flavor.This is not good customer service, especially with the price of food nowadays.
