Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets with a drink. Got chicken nugget sized ‘strips’ and old, soggy fries. Ordered and paid for 2 extra cups of gravy dipping sauce, didn’t get them at all. Should have went elsewhere. $22 for an old, not worth the money “dinner.”

U ask for Oreo blizzard with light Oreo and snicker blizzard no chocolate sauce. And you get a Oreo full of cookies and a heath blizzard. SMH. Just can’t go anywhere anymore and get what you order. If they want to give you what they want you to have give it to ppl for free

When we first stopped we ordered 3 PC chicken 7 dollar deal, they put it in the boxes which was good with that much food. The last time they put all that food times 2 in a little lunch sack, the food was smashed and the dipping sauce was spilled on the food, they didn't apologize or offer to make it right, we refuse to return to that place.

Got a royal New York cheesecake blizzard and basically was given strawberries in vanilla ice cream. No cheese cake bites at all not a hint

The restaurant had a lot of dirty tables, and not once did anyone come out in the hour we were there to clean any of them.
Food was decent. Chicken strips were a little hard that day. Blizzard was good.

I found a long curly black hair in my double bacon ranch so that was ew. But the superman blizzard was good

After we ate I took the survey they had and I was supposed to get a free Dilly Bar. When I turned the survey in they look at it and said it was not from their store and that the receipt was not theirs. Because the last number was not their store.. I listened to there bull crap and seen that it was just some kind of gimmick offering a Dilly Bar for filling it out. So I took my receipt out of the girls hand crushed it up and tossed it on the floor and said I will never be back. Walked out the door and left and will not return. If any of you go to the Dairy Queen don’t expect a free dilly bar because they eat them their self or something. Latest con game..

It's nice to see young kids that are working, respectful and are giving FAR BETTER customer service than I see from grown Adults working in the area. Whoever is training these young kids at this location deserves kudos, thank you for making each occasion with my family here a great one!

The employees could not hear my boyfriend or I over the speaker, asked us to repeat order multiple times even when we were practically yelling into it.. which isn’t that big of a deal by itself. But when we got our ice cream + shake, both were melted down and a watery consistency. I ordered a hot fudge shake, and for some reason it just tasted like straight up bananas? Ended up not even being appetizing, so just threw it out. Wanted to go back through drive thru but there was a long line of cars so it wouldn’t have been worth it as we didn’t really have time to wait. Disappointing since I have never had an issue with this DQ, they’re usually pretty good at getting orders correct. Just make sure your order is correct before you leave drive thru would be my advice.
