Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Placed a mobile order for drive thru. When I got there they told me I had to come in to get my order without any explanation.

I will never come to this DQ again. Food was not good and the chocolate milkshake I ordered was chocolate milk. I put it the freezer when I got home and that was over an hour and half ago. It is still chocolate milk.

Decent food, expensive prices. Orders are normally correct, but you definitely remember spending $40+ for 2 people. Kinda makes you think that maybe you should've just went to a sit down restaurant.

As soon as I walked in, Cindy, she had rushed me into ordering, she had said “are you going to order? are you going to order are you going to order?” multiple times & overall she had very poor customer service skills, she made me very uncomfortable.

Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets with a drink. Got chicken nugget sized ‘strips’ and old, soggy fries. Ordered and paid for 2 extra cups of gravy dipping sauce, didn’t get them at all. Should have went elsewhere. $22 for an old, not worth the money “dinner.”

U ask for Oreo blizzard with light Oreo and snicker blizzard no chocolate sauce. And you get a Oreo full of cookies and a heath blizzard. SMH. Just can’t go anywhere anymore and get what you order. If they want to give you what they want you to have give it to ppl for free

When we first stopped we ordered 3 PC chicken 7 dollar deal, they put it in the boxes which was good with that much food. The last time they put all that food times 2 in a little lunch sack, the food was smashed and the dipping sauce was spilled on the food, they didn't apologize or offer to make it right, we refuse to return to that place.

Got a royal New York cheesecake blizzard and basically was given strawberries in vanilla ice cream. No cheese cake bites at all not a hint

The restaurant had a lot of dirty tables, and not once did anyone come out in the hour we were there to clean any of them.
Food was decent. Chicken strips were a little hard that day. Blizzard was good.

I found a long curly black hair in my double bacon ranch so that was ew. But the superman blizzard was good
