Placed an online order at 7:45pm. By 8:45pm it was still on “prep” in the order tracker. I called and they said it was just now coming out of the oven and will be here in 15 minutes. Flash forward to 9:45pm i am still waiting, I called and they said they are just now putting it in oven even though i was told otherwise an hour prior. Best they could offer is a coupon worth less than the points I earned from this order. Usually not one to leave negative reviews but it’s very frustrating having to cancel my order at almost 10pm and start a home cooked meal this late.

Absolutely ridiculous, Placed an order to go, waited 40 minutes before checking on it, just to be told it wasn’t even in the oven yet. I asked the person who took my order how long it was going to be and she told me 15 minutes or so. Then they just canceled my order because I said I couldn’t wait any longer because I have to be to work super early in the morning but couldn’t give me a receipt showing the reversal. I’ll never waste my time with this location again

Beware of ordering their wings. The Buffalo wings I ordered were simply only drizzled with buffalo sauce, and you could barely taste the buffalo sauce . Not served as advertised .
