Absolutely no customer service. I didn't get a single good morning nothing she just took my card and just handed it back to me even when I got my food no thank you have a great day. Absolutely nothing. The Indian woman that runs the food back-and-forth needs to be fired. She's probably the owner but they do not need to be in any type of customer service. I've been in customer service for over 20 years And absolutely just rude. Didn't even speak at all.

Sat in the drive thru line for 21 minutes. Tried ordering a hot coffee and was told they couldn't make anything HOT... ordered a cold drink and a bagel. Paid and got my bag and hurried to work trying not to be late. Get to work and see they gave me 2 croissants. Terrible experience

I come every morning for a coffee just because it’s the closest coffee place near me, anytime i order the same size drink the price will go from $3-$7 just for a medium.. and my drink is never made how i ask for it.. this morning i asked for cold foam and got just a regular coffee, yesterday i asked for cold foam and got whip cream. i’m always in a rush and need to get places i don’t have time for them to remake my drink. if i order on the app to pick up my drink isn’t made with liquid cane sugar like i ask it’s regular sugar, i ask for milk and they give me creamer, just goes on i never get my drink made right here and it’s not a hard order at all it has 3 simple ingredients.

This Dunkin’ seems to cheapin out on everything. The coffee barely has any flavor even though I pay for extra. The donuts have half the frosting any other dunkin has. Makes me sad because this one is really close to me but I’m done wasting my money there and will take it to another dunkin that actually cares about their customers.
Adequate food, prices are horrid. Charge for everything, cream cheese with bagel, over 50.00 for 12 bagels and cream cheese. Next time I won't forget to stop at Einstein.
