Went into establishment and employee was on the floor, the other employee was arguing with individual on floor, the service horrible, bathrooms dirty, counter top and environment was nasty. Never again

I ordered a medium black coffee with cream hot. It took over 5 minutes to receive it with nobody else in the store and one car in drive thru picking up. when I got my coffee in the car and opened the lid as I was at my destination, it appeared white in color. One sip told me it was hot water with cream. this was a total waste of time stopping, going inside, waiting for someone to acknowledge me, take my order, wait on my order only to receive hot water with cream. This is unacceptable! I would give zero stars if it was an option. Go to Biggby a few stores over-excellent coffee and service. I wanted to give this Dunkin another chance. no more.

i loveeeeeee going here!! i work at penn, so they’re right next door and i got there every weekend 😭 i have never had an issue with their drinks, always taste so good imo. the employees know my name now and they’re literally all so sweet!

The workers took so long. No one was in line and I had to wait for over 5 mins just to order. Then they took my cash and had to wait even longer for them to fix that. Do not recommend. The service is terrible.

Up charging for drinks that no other dunkin charges for because you want the customer to pay for your supplies. Drinks tasting watery. An employee told me out of their own mouth Harry doesn’t want me to make your drink like that. Harry is the problem. Anytime he is in the store the drinks don’t taste right and are not made how requested. Will never return to this Dunkin as long as Harry is there. This was the best location before he took over. Only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. Do not recommend this dunkin.

The owner/Manger Henry is his name they change the prices because he have to buy the supplies for the matcha and he up the prices on me in 2 weeks and when I go to other Dunkin’s they never change the price I know he’s on some scammy stuff because on the receipt he has local item instead of what it is I’m being charged for 1 drink was almost 10 and when I get two last week it was $11.32 y’all get the point
My order was ready the moment I walked in. They were polite and helpful

We have visited this Dunkin several times while we are in the area. Each time we order two sandwiches, coffees and 25 mix powder and chocolate munchkins. Each of the last 4 visits we have either recieved blueberry, glazed but never powder. We never interacted with the staff as no one comes to the counter. We learned from others, that all mobile orders will need to be grabbed from the counter and not the holding area designated Mobile Orders. On our 1st visit we did not know these rules and waited 10 minutes trying to get a staff member attention. That is when another customer asked the name on the order and reached over the counter and gave us our food. Interesting way of doing business.
