Horrible service…. Nasty food and servers have even nastier attitudes

We went on Father’s Day around 3pm for a late lunch. It was still pretty busy. This place is huuuge!!We sat outside which was lovely. The service was good and servers were friendly. We were offered free tacos and a choice of mild or spicy salsa. I had shrimp tacos and my husband had fish. There were 3 tacos, a salad, refried beans, yellow rice and pico de gallo so you get a really good sized portion and it was really tasty! Dads were also offered a free drink of either beer or margarita.

The best Mexican food in the area! Far surpasses Hacienda....food was absolutely wonderful and huge portions! Margaritas were amazing. Ordered a pitcher of Strawberry/Banana and OMG! Amazing!!!Waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the different menu offers. Food came in a very timely manner and was piping hot.I suggest the Fajitas Hawaiian but you better be hungry!!

Attn: i have read many reviews about a terrible waitress she is probly the same one that served us.It honestly bums me out when i love the food some where ,but the service is terrible.i just dont even want to go back. I work in the service industry. Most of my income is tips. So i know what it is like. The service really has to be terrible for me to leave a bad tip because doing that gives me anxiety. the tables around my daughter and i ,served by the same waitress, had repeat visits by her asking them how the food is... Getting them refills ect. The table in front of mine was visited probly 5 times is the spane of 10 minutes. Yet i had my glass on the edge of the table waiting for a refill. No one came. She came to the table once. I finlly had to yell across the restaurant for her. Thats when her co worker signaled that i needed her at the table. Even after that she never asked how the food was. Never asked if i wanted more chips. Her co worker came over and had to ask if i wanted more. , but he never even brought any back. I know she wasnt being oblivious. She was diligently watching after the other tables conversing, laughing ect. Yet never acknowleged us till i yelled for her. Im Pretty disappointed.

Congratulations, Goshen, Dunlap, and Elkhart. If you want Mexican food, great service, and the best guacamole since Colorado, this is the place. Awesome chimichangas, good no matter what you get. Service was the best. Full bar but family friendly. Inside decor is different but ok. Highly recommended

Our experience was terrible to say the least. We waited 45 mins to be seated and we sat another 30 mins before getting up and leaving. We never even had a drink order or anything just like the forgot we were even there.

Food is good and place looks good but service is super slow by the time I got my food it was cold and the waitress was not at all attentive
