Elkhart, where chain restaurant quality comes to die. Burgers were cold, cheese wasn’t even melted. Regular fry cup wasn’t even filled. Seriously, this store hasn’t been on point since it opened. Like everything else in Elkhart, the employees absolutely suck at their jobs. No such thing as standards. Culver’s, Freddie’s and Steak and Shake are far better quality for value.

First time trying FG. The fries are so delicious! The burger was alright. We had the bacon cheeseburger. Wasn't absolutely amazing but it was good. I live in Washington State so it's cool how they post where the potatoes come from. Next, I'd try the beef hotdog.

My finance and I go here often and love it. Atmosphere is great, food is great and workers are always friendly. At our recent visit I wanted to try the coffee shake. It was a bit stronger for my liking and felt bad for asking to switch and was willing to pay but they fixed it no question. I appreciate the great customer service. Thank you Dominique ( hope I spelled that right) and to all other workers you are all amazing.

Staff at this location is awful. After watching them fumble around the counter trying to wrap a burger, they put my burger and fries in a bag and let it sit on the counter for 5 min until I could finally get someone’s attention and ask if they could hand it to me. The person I asked went and found someone else and asked them to hand it to me. Literally couldn’t bother to hand it over, they had to find another person to pick up the sack, turn around, and set it on the counter in front of me. Terrible service. Over rated food. They also didn’t get the toppings in my burger correct. The store is messy with debris all over the floor. Chairs aren’t pushed in around the empty tables. Culver’s has better food, better service, and better prices. Edit to add: There were two customers in the store, three teenagers behind the counter struggling to complete the two orders, and a table of management types having a meeting. I wrote this review while I ate. No one made any attempt to clean dirty tables, sweep the floor, or any other attempt to actually do work. Once my order was handed to me, all three teenagers pulled their phones out.
This place is total waste of time.... Burger King would get a 5 star compared to this place... The bread was soggy and the meat had no taste what so ever...... Would deff not go back .....

This place was hopping, but they powered through the lines like champs.
You pay a bit more for fast casual vs. fast food, but you get higher quality and exactly what you want.
Try a peanut butter banana milkshake, it is scrumptious!
Clean, fast paced atmosphere. Music was a bit loud for conversations, but fun. (Did I really say the music was too loud??? Maybe I am getting old)
Good place for families, dates, or to keep the hangries away.
