Went here to try the bubblegum ice cream that I enjoyed during childhood - this 90 degree day would be the perfect time to see if it's as good as I remembered. Unfortunately it must still be a popular flavor because all they had left was the soft serve flavorburst. Decent but doesn't compare to getting little chunks of gum with every bite.My partner got the deluxe cheeseburger which she enjoyed and we shared an order of fries. Everything decent.They handle the continuous line of vehicles and walk ups pretty efficiently. Wait times werent too long and the service was friendly enough.

My wife was disappointed. She grew up in Elkhart and remembered the turtle Sunday fondly. The one she got was a poor try at it. Everything else was OK.
I was just in and bought a bacon, double cheeseburger and a chocolate shake and oh Thor, what an amazing cheeseburger it was.The shake, of course, was excellent, just as they have been for the past 50+ years

Went for the first time on a Sunday night a little before they closed. They had a long drive thru line but I still waited. I ordered a butter pecan waffle cone which was pretty good. I will go back to try a sundae next time.

The worst thing about this place is the wait time. Waited 45 minutes for two ice cream cones. Won’t be back.
