I ordered 2 scoops of cookie dough and I asked for a waffle cone, the girl who took my order tried to give me a cookie dough flurry and I told her I ordered a waffle cone and she said “you wanted a waffle cone? okay” and came back with the flurry scooped into the waffle cone. At this point I was just so confused so I just accepted it. I don’t know where the misunderstanding was or why she would think someone would want a flurry in a waffle cone but I was super disappointed

Ordered a chili cheese dog and onion rings, couldn't even pick up the chili cheese dog to eat it because they put it on a small hot dog bun it was really messy. The onion rings were burnt.

We stopped here while staying in Elkhart from out of state. Our family of four just ordered ice cream treats. My Hawaiian Sundae was the best I've had, but my teenage daughter's chocolate oreo cheesecake was just yuck. The "cheesecake" pieces mixed throughout were eggy/doughy tasting and very mushy. Just no. ? Other than that, we had a good experience all around and would be back to try other things (just not cheesecake).

They have the best flavors of homemade! Toffee crunch and black raspberry cheesecake, oh my goodness, so good!
I returned on june 17th, decided to try strawberry pie flavor, and cookie monster flavor, both were a dissapointment. Good quality, just didnt care for the taste. I expected the strawberry pie to have chunks of strawberries in it, it had small pieces pie crust, but strawberries are the show in strawberry pie, and i really didnt like the cookie monster flavor of the blue ice cream, tasted like too much color dye in it, and had aftertaste. Love flavor freeze, loved all flavors ive tried so far but these 2. Great friendly people, good service. Improve the strawberry pie, add strawberries, and maybe swirl some strawberry ice cream in it. Love all the rest
Pretty decent ice cream, and a good selection. If you like cones, or specialty flavors it's great. If you like shakes or "flurries" it's average! Overall 4 star!

I give it a one because there was no one in line and we rang bell. We stood for 10 minutes and still no one waited on us. Three people working. They could have said we will be right with you. We left and went elsewhere.
