We got seated at 6:45. Took over an hour to get out food, or server told us even a manager was in there helping. We were patient. Food finally come out, my food is wrong, my husband's grilled burritos are ice cold. our server was great and we know it wasn't her fault but this was ridiculous.

Clarissa was absolutely amazing. Came in here with some friends,and her attention to detail was a 10 out 10. I highly recommended her to be your server or bartender. She was very bubbly and gave us the best time tonight. Thank you!

Started off badly. Waited 10 minutes after seating to be acknowledged. It wasn't busy. More empty tables than full ones. And then the waitress said
" sorry about the wait. I had to take care of something "
So then had to wait a couple more minutes before chips and to have drink orders taken.
Because I was already irritated the comment when the food came of
" hope it was worth the wait " didn't sit well.
She did refill my coke......with a diet coke.
Food was normal Hacienda.

Went last night with two friends, 8/25/24, and we decided to sit in the bar-side in a booth. They must have been short staffed, which I understand, but the server we got, a lady with curly brown hair and glasses, was nothing but short and rude with us. She only gave us two menus for three people, quickly rushed off and gave a condescending answer when we asked a question, and overall was just lacking with giving us the supplies we needed- like napkins. When we did receive our food, it was lukewarm. At one point we went up to the bar to ask for a refill on our drinks and a side of sour cream because we were too nervous to bother our server and irritate her further. I have never experienced this before at any Hacienda restaurant. Hopefully it was just an off night there and things get better.

Tad bit pricey but the mild and spicier green sauce is pretty good. The chips were also decent. I had ordered the briris quesadilla tacos. They were pretty tasty. Definitely not the best Mexican food I've ever had but if you're looking for good Mexican food off of the turnpike it's worth checking out.

Absolutely one of the worse waitresses around. She did not check on us after we placed our order and forgot to bring out a couple things from the order. Had to ask another waiter for these items. She certainly should not be working in the restaurant industry as wait staff. Will certainly have to think twice before I would return to dine there.
