I have never been to this Hardee’s on Cassopolis St Elkhart nor will I ever return. There was one person in the dinning area and no one in the drive thru. The sandwich I order was so slapped together that I used more napkins in 2 bites of this sloppy burger. The fries were cold also. The staff were acting unprofessional. I finally took my sandwich on the tray back up to the cashier and voiced my complaint, threw in the trash and told her they needed to do better. What a waste of my money and time. Should have gone with my first instinct and went across the street to Freddy’s. Awful experience!!

I have been coming here often for lunch. :) I’m always greeted with a smile and the majority of the staff remembers my order. Haha I am thankful for their customer service. Food is fresh and the Dining room is always clean :)

I came over from the tire joint next door, donya took my order and did a wonderful job. She took my order and got it correct. She brought it out to me and asked if I needed any condiments. Normally it's hard to get ketchup at some other places. Thank you donya and crew!

In Elkhart Indiana. Went inside to have lunch thinking I could cool off. Wrong. It was so hot in there couldn't even stay there to eat. It's ridiculous. Staff was amazing. Great food.

Our experience was great! The cashier was very friendly and took our order without any problems. He was fast and efficient with taking our order too. Our food came out fast and was delicious. It was easy to talk as they wasn’t a loud of noise. The area was clean and there wasn’t any dirty places. Overall, our experience was very good.

So I found a place where you can choose what you want on the value meal. Their pick two gives you plenty of choices with fresh food. Three kinds of wraps, double burger with fresh toppings, ham sandwich, or chicken. If you want something extra try their maple basket. And get a side of bacon to go with it@

Stop shortly after 8:00 AM to grab some food on the way to work Hashbrowns were lukewarm biscuit was hard as a rock with some old looking cheese on it called. Spoke to somebody who claimed they were management and told them exactly what was wrong with the food and that I still had the biscuit because I couldn’t eat it because it was so hard and he proceeds to say oh you’re calling about your food like dude for real Did you not listen to a word I just said clearly not that’s why you got hung up on and then you proceeded to call me back. If you proceeded to piss me off don’t bother calling me back. That means I’m probably calling corporate or whoever owns you.
Thanks for a great meal on Christmas day. You were so busy. I wanted to help. They were the only place open in elkhart indianafor christmas day. From now on im eating here regularly. Thanks so much again.
