Order online and had already paid they forgot to fix my food the uber driver had to wait he gets here with my food I had ordered tips and fries and it's mostly fat and burnt ends that I wouldn't give my dog to hard to bite fries half cooked and full of grease I'm very dissatisfied

Very disappointed with the chicken and fries. More upset that I spent $50 just to throw everything in the garbage. I should have read the reviews before going or asked around. I agree with others regarding the chicken being black at the bones and black meat. Unfortunately was expecting Harold's like in Chicago and was deceived. Save your money PLEASE
