We went to dinner last night last minute around 6 o'clock, because we had both had a busy day (my husband and I) we are not regular customers, but we go 2 to 3 times a year. I have always loved Heinnies, as it has been a favorite for many years in my family and with friends, who frequent more often. We are from the Elkhart in Mishawaka area. A really nice older lady seated us and within a few minutes we heard a very loud argument right next to our table about how she should not have seated us there and she needs to ask first and just really being bullied by a couple waitresses about seating us there. Then she turned around and just gave us the rudest look and sarcastic greeting. It was obvious we were not welcome there, and that we had annoyed and inconvenienced our waitress. And she did not even care that we heard her, unless she really thought we couldn't hear that or weren't paying attention. Even the people across from us commented on it, and how awkward it was. As they heard the whole thing as well. We were very surprised by this, and that's never happened to us before. And we are disappointed. I don't normally leave reviews like this, but I bothered by it enough that I just need to take my time to leave this review. I also felt really bad for the nice lady that sat us, and got chewed out for doing her job.

Table for a premium meal was over 160.00 with tip. For that price should've been professional service. Steak was mediocre and prime rib was as well next time we'll head to mishiwaka,southbend or granger for a divine experience.
Blake makes amazing drinks! Troy has an amazing business here. The food is top tier its hard to resist coming here every single day, thank you!

Love going here!!! Been going for 9 years and it's always good. We have taken friends with and sent some on their own to eat here. Heinnies is a superb steak restaurant. Everything we've ordered has been great. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. There is a bar with tables and a restaurant in the back. We always sit in the bar area. It does get crowded so go early.

My family loves going to Heinnies and having Angela as our waitress! She is awesome. Food is great. I love the Mahi Mahi (the dill sauce 😋) and the dinner salad with all the extras. Ribeye is great and the salmon too!
