Took a long time to get our food. One adult entree and one kids meal. People arrived at the same time as us and ate and left before we even got our food. The waitress never even came over to give an update or check in. Waited until our food was finally done. When the food came the pancakes and chicken were burnt. Seems like a lot of the staff just wants to socialize with each other. The IHOP on the north side of town is a lot better.

You order a omelette doesnt come with anything!!!!! I got a spinich, mushroom omelette spinich tasted like dirt!!! Hashbrowns i ordered separately cause didnt come with and toast costed me 21.00!!!!!!!! Plus the hasbrown was a square smothered in grease!!!!! Yukkkkk and expensive

When the waitress comes out in a blanket to take your order, that's when I should have left. The food was ehh.... bacon was still raw. I asked for chocolate strawberry crepes with my meal and they brought out the cinnamon bun ones. When I asked about it, she told me that no it comes with the cinnamon not chocolate. I won't be back. I use to love this place but it has gone way down hill!

Great service, orders were given with full accuracy. The wait was very 3 minutes to sit. The food took about 15 minutes to come. Overall it I was a good breakfast 🥞

The food was very good except most of I ordered was slightly overcooked. My waitress wasn't very communative and seemed to have somewhat shared the same apathetic feel that seems to hang over this place. I had to ring the bell to get most of the service I received, and when it came to paying, the instructions or procedures weren't clear at all. I rang the bell and we went to a screen where my waitress left my card information on the screen and left without saying a word. I stood there, thinking I wasn't finished, and then she came around asking if I needed anything else. I stated that it is a security risk to leave information on the screen so she closed out the window after showing me she then completed payment. During around this time, a customer and a server got into a loud argument with threats and it was highly unprofessional on the server's end. There appeared to have been no consequence given to the server for assisting in creating a scene. The food is good, but I will likely never come back.

My coffee was barley warm. Was not offered a refill or Cheecked on for almost 30 minutes when our food came out. Food was not even close to quality. Eggs barley cooked steak tips very chewey. And it wasn't very clean. I want to try to be positive. But it is definitely not the I hop I used to visit. I should have listened to others.
