It's pretty homey some of the waitresses take forever to clear off your table. I hate a dirty table. It's like once I'm done with the food please clear it. Sometimes it just takes forever to or they don't do it at all and you expect me to leave you a tip or big one? Not only is your job to bring us the food, but it is your job to clean up right away. Once you see that we're done, especially when there's only about five people in the restaurant this is really my only complaint I do make it a habit to pay the cook because they're the ones who cook our food. If it wasn't for them our food would be raw. I don't understand why we even have to pay a waitress. They should be paid hourly like a lot hourly and not just two or $3 or $4 and then we should be able to give tips to our Cooks. It would make more sense you know

The waitress was nice, but we waited 2 hours and didn't get our food or even refills. Other tables were being seated and served the whole time we were waiting.

Your waitress was amazing, the food tasted great, but I’m absolutely applauded at the fact that your waitress was working alone during a busy Friday night and we didn’t see anyone from management here to help her. She felt so bad for the fact that she had to run around this place to help the multiple other tables and deliver the to go food and that our drinks food and other items came out slowly. As a former food server and a current customer facing service worker I find this insane. I hope your management fixes these problems soon and this woman deserves a raise.

The waitress was AMAZING and the food was great. But I’m very disappointed in the manager for how tonight was handled, apparently two people had called off and left this poor girl all on her own. Whoever the manager is should have came in to help her. I ONLY gave 5/5 stars because the waitress did so good under the circumstances.

We stopped in after doing some errands in Elkhart, Service waa fantastic, my only Complaint is the toast was tough to chew. Im a nit about bread and love good quality bread. Otherwise foot came out hot and exactly as ordered. Id do it again

We were seated in the middle of the restaurant, packed in between two full tables like cattle. The server was quick to seat us and take our order but then we waited 35 minutes for anyone to check on us or bring any refills. Our food came 45 minutes after ordering. The food was not worth the price. The omelet was very salty and tasted like a chewy can of spinach and there was hardly any sauce on the burger. The server was very nice but very inattentive. I understand they were busy and possibly short staffed but the amount of wait time between refills and even seeing a server was unacceptable.

I am very sick with tonsillitis and ordered door dash. When I got my food, they had given me regular eggs instead of egg white. The hostess or manager was so kind to not only make me a new order but DELIVERED it herself. She was so kind and brought me to tears. Fantastic service at IHOP.

We came in today, on Sunday and they were the busiest I have ever seen them and one of the girls that works there is mopping the floor all around everyone's tables.. I get having to clean but it really could have been at a better time. It didn't look like it really needed that at that time, plus she didn't do it throughly enough for it to even make a difference. Our server was great but I bought most of our food home and ended up feeding it to my chickens so it wouldn't go to complete waste.

Food was alright, we were only ones in restaurant besides a couple that had already eaten. Took forever about 30 minutes for food that was nothing special. Then order came did not have avocado on eggs Benedict with bacon avocado. I feel waitstaff did best she could but should at least said it was going to be a few minutes or something. Couldn’t catch her to tell about avocado. This would be third time in this IHOP and all three not good experiences, won’t be returning.
