UPDATE APRIL 2025: Placed an order for delivery today for a single sandwich and chips. Delivery took about 45 minutes. They did NOT follow the instructions. I asked for the sandwich to be cut in half, that didn't happen, I asked for Mayo packets, that also didn't happen.... (I even tipped these idiots almost five dollars, on top of the delivery fee...)
UPDATE March 2025: Please for the love of God.. change your gloves after handling your disgusting onions. Just because you made a sub prior to mine with onions doesn't mean I want the lingering residual stench or flavor on my sub that does NOT contain onions. ... BARF....

The service was horrible. I've had better service at a cemetery. I ordered a Cesar Ranch Wrap and wanted the Cear Dressing on the side. I was told since the sandwich was already made; they weren't going to make a new one. I would not recommend going there to pick up a sandwich. I would rather drive in Mishawaka than to go to this Jimmy John's again. Worst Experience.

Went there the other day and waited in line for 10 mins. Once I finally spoke to someone they then told me it would be a 15 minute wait. Went back today and ordered a little John. Barely anything on it. Basically just got some bread And the two onions I do have are brown. Twice now highly unsatisfied.

I'm so tired of having to go back because stuff is not made right. They don't pay attention to extras. I totally had the wrong sandwich today. My other sandwich had things on it that shouldn't have been. So had to go back. No offering of a drink or money back for my time wasted.

Tried the new spicy ? firecracker wrap ? and I liked it but spoiler alert.....I'm not sure if the sandwich artist missed something but that thang wasn't hot nor spicy...... just good ??♂️

I pulled up yesterday around the time I normally get lunch. I used to be obsessed with the number 6 but now it's the hot Chicken Bacon ranch. Anyways I pulled up and the drive through line was too long and I was actually unable to join. The parking lot seemed mostly empty so I was like not a big deal I'll go inside. Not going to lie the place was packed. Now that wouldn't normally be a big deal but the pace of food being prepared is no longer "freaky fast". I imagine it's due to the new hot sandwiches having to be cooked. Anyways, this location rocks when it comes to customer service and quality of food but is SLOW when preparing the food. Im an avid JJs customer don't mind the extra wait at this location since it's close to home but when they are full I will not wait as it will take about 20 extra minutes to receive your food instead of the 7 to 10 minutes. Nothing "freaky fast" about that.

Going through the drive through is a nightmare when they are busy. They should set up some cones that prevent people from just cutting you off in line.Other than that the food is good and the staff are friendly but I don't think they read the comments on the tickets. I've had specific instructions for every time I order but it seems like they are never followed.
Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option you have is the Veggie. I wish they had more options and I wish they would bring back the wheat roll.
