Today was my first experience at a Jimmy John's! WOW have I been missing out and McKenna was AMAZING! Her customer service was stellar! I order the jalapeno wrap...ugh! Delicious!

I do not do gluten and I was trying to order of their sandwiches. They refused to put it on a unwhich, and made a big deal about it. I just feel like if you’re gonna pay as much money as you pay to eat here you should be able to get what you’re paying for, so it was weird. They completely refused to turn it from a hot sandwich to a cold sandwich. They said that that was against the rules, which I understand if you’re compromising a franchise, but some of the hot sandwiches are delicious as cold And it was not like a meatball thing so they told me there was nothing wrong with the meat if you didn’t cook it I still don’t get it if somebody could explain to me why because honestly I don’t really wanna come back to Jimmy Johns. I only ask for it this way, because I got it cold before and it was delicious but once again, the general manager refused.

food is great, service is great. only problem is the temp. it's also cold inside, making a dining experience less than what it should be. everyone eating here kept jacket or coat on. thermostat is set at 68. consider 70, please so we can keep coming in.

March 24th 4:26pm we had to go back in line 3 times because they couldn’t get our food right and had the nerve to give me an attitude was very unpleasant after they finally got it right it was very delicious tho but come on man and the kid acted like I ordered it wrong

We got sandwiches here on a busy day. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the servers were friendly. My daughter especially enjoyed her food, saying that the quality was far above that of some other local sandwich places.
