I messed up and ordered to the wrong store and instead of treating me like an idiot (which I mean I was, it was my mistake), thy offered to make my sandwich and call their sister store, saving me the trip and embarrassment. The sandwich boy that was making the sandwiches today overheard me ask the cashier a question about their box set and immediately went on the defense and told me that it was lunch rush-hour and they couldn’t help me even though it was 1 PM there was only one person in the restaurant, eating at a table and no cars in the drive-through line. At this point, I am currently looking around the store to see where the rush is or the non-line behind me. This child doesn’t have much respect for customers therefore, you lost my business in Elkhart. I’ll just go to another location. You should have a meeting with your employees though about respect.

The workers didn't listen to my order as far as the sandwich size and then they added the hot peppers on the sandwich even though I asked them for hot peppers on the side. The receipt even said hot peppers on the side. They went back to sitting and chatting right after they finished making the sandwiches and did nothing to fix the size problem except ask if I wanted to pay for a new sandwich then lied to my face about putting the hot peppers on the sandwich and gave me a side of peppers because they didn't put it in the bag. Customer service definitely needs to be worked on at this location. I love going to Jimmy John's, but I think I will go to a different location other than this one.
