Good was ok, but we did not get our bbq or honey mustard. The lady at the window was nice. We had to pull up to wait for our food. The lady who brought it out was on her cell phone talking to someone & never spoke to us. Walked out handed our bag through the window & turned around to go back in deep in her phone call. My husband yelled out Thank you; Have a nice night. But she never even acknowledged him. Mac was definitely old but we were there late night.

Food is always overcooked the people hired at this location are rude as can be the bathroom is pay to use I cannot stress this enough this location for kfc is by far the worst in all of Indiana time for this to get shut down as well

The older white lady raised her voice at me for ordering a soda, which I only ordered because it's pay-to-pee, you have to buy something in order to use the restroom. That's fine, but don't yell at me about it?
There was another white woman who was on the phone, on speaker. On her lunch, I'd hope. Again, cool, fine, great. Except for the fact that she was extremely loud and being racist about it. From what I heard from across the lobby, a white woman and four black men were involved in some mess. She made sure to speak very clearly and loudly about the four black men while making eye contact with a black couple, the only other POC in the place, who were just trying to eat some mediocre chicken.
Also, there was a live roach in the bathroom, and the urinal had a hole in it.

waited for 15 minutes at the drive through to let them know i had a mobile order, got told to pull around. once at the window we got yelled at and was told we had to come inside. went inside and our food still wasn’t ready, then they forgot half of it. the sauce for the saucy nuggets was gritty and chunky.

Every time I go there they're out of chicken and the service is awful. I've gone several times and always without fail its sorry we don't have anything. In my opinion its because they don't want to make the food too begin with. Just hang out and get paid by far the worst. They need to hire hard workers and stock up on chicken.

I got a 12 Peace Chicken meal earlier today. Everything was soggy the chicken I had to throw everything away and I'm upset because I spent $41 and some change I called up there and the lady was so rude I lost my money food in the trash.

Got a family meal and asked for crispy chicken. The chicken was soggy.
Got our food home and there was a dead fly in the coleslaw. Tried to call and nobody would answer the phone. Won't be back.
The chicken is still delicious and service was fast. KFC needs to invest some money fixing the place up though.
