By far the worst store and customer service. Food was cold. Fries and Biscuits were so hard and disgusting. Manager claims because we took a bite out of the food that we can't have it remade or a refund. How are you supposed to know it is awful if you don't even try it? I spent $38 on food that isn't even edible.

Food was amazing, People were amazing, the dine-in area was nice and clean. Food was great, and building was properly maintained. Went out to the KFC on Cassopolis, and it's nearly always dirty or something isn't working. I feel bad that they are removing this whole block to put in an overpass.

Cold food, missing food, more breading than chicken. Sad sad service. Tried it again chicken tenders so hard I could use it as shoe leather. Out of the 5 tenders 2 were un edible and 3 were hard and dry. Never again

I ordered one of my favorites, the 2 piece dinner with mashed potatoes. Original. Wing and breast only. How come this old lady gives me a thigh and leg? So I tell her once again....Wing and breast only! She still didn't seem to know the different portion of the chicken so the manager had to intervene in the situation. I don't think she needs to be working there if she can't determine the difference between the chicken portions!!!

This KFC location may be the worst location in the state of Indiana. The night manager is by far the rudest person I’ve encountered the food was terrible. I was in a long time customer, but I will never come back to this location and I will never recommend my church or any other civic organization I belong to to purchase any item from this store. They are simply the worst Kentucky fried chicken. I corporate should evaluate the store and shut it down. They should be ashamed of themselves and the franchise should be removed. I’ve even considered calling the health department.
One of the workers committed suicide via gunshot on the premises. In the kitchen of all places. He shot his gf before driving to work, trying to work. And ending it. They opened back up the next day. Mm that's finger lickin' ???
