I’m so disappointed I prefer food there when there was a snow storm going on ! I get home after waiting 10 mins longer than I was told it would have been fresh then .. I get home and it was soggy and middle was cold of the pizza bread sticks were not good so I called James the manager said to just call and he’d get me my order again some other day ! So I called for over a month and a half and it would go to voicemail but it wasn’t set up …. So I called last night and they were soo rude and said they aren’t calling me a liar but I need to call back tomorrow when James was there .. I said that’s ok but what if the phones don’t work again and he said ohhhhh don’t worry they will work .. I said how can you know you just told me the phone has been really weird the last few months after I said I had called multiple times .. he said listen he were busy and we just didn’t wanna answer your call .. I said cool so what is your name so I can know it and instead of telling me he said well we will just hear from you tomorrow have a nice night ! So he wouldn’t tell me his name and was rude and called me a liar pretty much ! I told him I even wrote corporate and he was like oh well! This hasn’t been the first time the food has been bad !!! I wish I would of took a picture but he made me believe all I had to do was call …
